Joseline Hernandez Talks Dropping Out Of High School, Her Music, Practicing Yoga To Control Anger
Joseline Hernandez, also known as "The Puerto Rican Princess,” is a Puerto Rican reality television personality, rapper, and actress. She came to prominence as a main cast member of the VH1 reality series “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta.” She appeared on the show for six seasons alongside her boyfriend Stevie J, with whom she also starred in the spin-off “Stevie J & Joseline Go Hollywood.”
The interview starts and Marco and Joseline exchange greetings and get into a random conversation about the moon. Marco wants to make sure he has his guest’s name right, asking Joseline the correct way to pronounce her name for which she reveals people have tried to butcher her name on purpose. Marco asks Joseline if she has anger issues for which she reveals yoga has helped her to calm down. This brings up the subject of practicing and the random question brings up a quick banter on cheating. Joseline reveals she dropped out of high school and doesn’t regret it because she feels that schools are an institution and you don’t need college. Joseline then goes on to reveal she is not a good cook. Marco asks Joseline to share with the world and Joseline expounds that she was ahead of her time and people have hated on her music and that you should keep your dreams alive. Marco then asks if anyone hates her music and Joseline kicks out one of the production crew from the studio. Marco asks Joseline if she thinks people think she is crazy and Joseline expounds on her success and how she has envisioned this her whole life. Marco keeps asking if Joseline is crazy. Joseline admits to being selfish and not willing to change. Joseline also recommends that no one works at McDonald’s and goes after their dreams. Marco then asks about Sponge Bob Square Pants which Joseline says kids should not be watching. Joseline then says she has a new season of “Joseline’s Cabaret” coming and she is on tour. Joseline also comments that her drug days are over. Joseline says don’t take no sh*t and love everybody.
