Murphy Lee on Nelly stalling his career
Today we are discussing the forgotten little brother of the St. Lunatics. Quite literally the younger brother of Kyjuan, one of the group's original founding members, Murphy Lee had arguably the second most successful solo career after Nelly. However; despite the Gold certification he received on his first album; his career quickly stalled and sputtered out. A lot of that had to do with the label that they signed to in 2000; Universal. Today we are going to break down what exactly happened to Murph that prevented him from being the next big thing. Let’s dig in.
