Oakland to honor rapper Tupac Shakur, interview with sister and longtime friend

The late West Coast rapper Tupac Shakur's sister Sekyiwa Shakur and friend Ray Love sat down with KTVU to speak about and share Shakur's legacy and impact on the Bay Area and the music industry. Shakur is to be honored by the City of Oakland on Nov. 2 with a street named after him.
