Ozzy Osbourne, Music's Prince of Darkness, Dead at 76

Just weeks after his final performance, Ozzy Osbourne has died at the age of 76, his family confirmed on Tuesday. He is survived by his beloved wife, Sharon, and six children, including his 'The Osbournes' co-stars Jack and Kelly. The singer started out with Black Sabbath in the '60s, becoming a pop-culture icon for his on-stage antics and, later, MTV reality show. He was open about his lifelong struggle with drugs and alcohol; Ozzy was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in his later years.

In a statement to ET, his family shares, 'It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning. He was with his family and surrounded by love.'
