Rapper SlimeLife Shawty Testifies In Young Thug's Trial About YSL The Gang

Rapper Wunnie "SlimeLife Shawty" Lee started testifying in the Young Thug / YSL gang racketeering conspiracy trial today (Wednesday, October 23, day 150).

Lee was charged in the RICO indictment alongside rapper Jeffery "Young Thug" Williams, but he entered an Alford plea in December 2022, which means he did not admit guilt but acknowledged enough evidence exists for him to be found guilty.

Fulton County Deputy District Attorney Simone Hylton began her direct-examination of Lee by questioning him about his roots in Atlanta and where he went to school before moving into questions about the ROC Crew gang and eventually YSL.
