During our conversation Shon talked about being one of the first artists to be interviewed on the porch, explains why he took time off from dropping music, his close friendship with Hot Boi Nook who recently passed away, Nook motivating him to start back making music again before he passed, recording “5EVER HBN” 2 weeks later, knowing Tooka for 15 years, Tooka being originally from New Orleans before moving to BR after Hurricane Katrina, starting to take music seriously in 2020, Shon reveals he never fell out of love with music during his hiatus, having die hard fans, upcoming project ‘No Pain No Gain’, recently dropping music videos for “Flowers” & “Last Of Us”, Tooka speaks on his single, upcoming project, his creative process, the music scene in BR right now, Shone explains how fatherhood has changed his life, shares advice for the youth, people crashing out on social media, and much more!
