Singer-Songwriter Becky Hill on The Voice: from the Blind Auditions to the Semi-Finals!
@BeckyHillMusic has been filling dance floors everywhere for years, with bangers like Gecko (Overdrive), Wish You Well, and her latest single Heaven On My Mind. But things were very different back in 2012 when an only 17-year-old Becky walked onto The Voice UK stage. With an amazing rendition of John Legend's Ordinary People, she wooed both Jessie J and will.i.am. On Jessie J's team, she ultimately made it to the semi-finals! She became a fan-favorite and was the first-ever The Voice UK contestant to score a number 1-hit: Gecko (Overdrive), a collab with Dutch EDM DJ Oliver Heldens. After the success of Gecko, she worked with many more dance/EDM producers and DJs like MNEK, MEDUZA, and MK.
