Dame Dash's influence on hip hop should not go unnoticed. He's partly responsible for the success of countless artist, namely #jayz and other successful business ventures in and out the industry in the early 2000s. After coming up together with Jay-z as his artist, he began losing control as Jay got bigger. Eventually Jay-z got to a level where to him Dame was more of a risk than value. The way he talked to people in the industry rubbed many the wrong way and it caused he and Jay to grow distant. That led to a split between them and bad blood, especially expressed from Dash, who always felt slighted by how it all went down. Either way, Dame would be quietly blackballed in the industry and his potential as a music mogul was Stunted. What else Stunted Dame Dash's Growth? OUT NOW 🔥 🎤 🎼 🔥 🎥 Stunted Growth Music

Lyrics
You make me feel funny
When you come around
Yeah that's what I found out honey
What am I doing without you
You make me feel happy
When I leave you behind
It plays on my mind now honey
What am I doing without you

Took for granted everything we had
As if I'd find someone
Who's just like you

We got a little world of our own
I'll tell you things that no one else knows
I let you in where no-one else goes
What am I doing without you
And all of the things I've been looking for
Have always been here outside of my door
And all of the time I'm looking for something new
What am I doing without you

'Gloria', the album - out now: http://samsmith.world/GloriaID

The official 'Lay Me Down' music video.

Lyrics:
Yes, I do, I believe
That one day I will be
Where I was right there
Right next to you

And it’s hard
The days just seems so dark
The moon, the stars
Are nothing without you

Your touch, your skin
Where do I begin?
No words can explain
The way I’m missing you

Deny this emptiness
This hole that I’m inside
These tears
They tell their own story
Told me not to cry when you were gone

But the feeling’s overwhelming, it’s much too strong

Can I lay by your side?
Next to you, you
And make sure you’re alright
I’ll take care of you
I don’t want to be here if I can’t be with you tonight

I’m reaching out to you
Can you hear my call?
This hurt that I’ve been through
I’m missing you, missing you like crazy
You told me not to cry when you were gone
But the feeling’s overwhelming it’s much too strong

Can I lay by your side?
Next to you, you
And make sure you’re alright
I’ll take care of you
I don’t want to be here if I can’t be with you tonight

Lay me down tonight
Lay me by your side
Lay me down tonight
Lay me by your side
Can I lay by your side?
Next to you
You

The Beatles performing “We Can Work It Out.”

"In "We Can Work It Out, Paul did the first half, I did the middle eight. But you've got Paul writing, 'We can work it out, we can work it out' - real optimistic, y'know, and me impatient, 'Life is very short and there's no time for fussing and fighting my friend'." (John Lennon)

'We Can Work It Out' became The Beatles' sixth single in a row to top the US charts. At the time, no other band had achieved such success. The track took over 11 hours to perfect - up to this point, that was the longest period The Beatles had spent in the studio on a single song.

At Twickenham Film Studios, a little over three weeks after the single was recorded, The Beatles made three separate promo films for 'We Can Work It Out'. Like all the other films shot that day, the medium was two-inch black and white videotape, a relatively new format for the time. Many TV stations, however, weren't set up for videotape, so 16mm copies were made for distribution worldwide.

♪ Letra Don Omar | Dile 🥊 ♪

Entonces, a mí, dame otra noche.

Otra, otra noche, otra
Ay, que yo no te boté
Otra, otra noche, otra
Aunque tú vuelvas con él
