I had the absolute pleasure of sharing this piece in LA and what a memorable class it was. I love being able to connect with the people in the room on a human level first, and let the dancing follow.

This time around performing this piece allowed me to experience another way of how stress and anxiety affects me. Sometimes I feel like I have to 'cover up' how I feel and act like everything is ok even if I am having an internal struggle. I encourage every one in this class to let their emotions out freely and let them know that they are never alone with what they may be going through.
