We had the pleasure of interviewing Polo & Pan over Zoom video!
Parisian duo Polo & Pan have released their second full length album Cyclorama, featuring 14 tracks fitting for summer. The timeless band fine tunes their sound on Cyclorama, vibrantly exploring themes like transcendence, life, and death with a matured combination of dance, techno, disco, and psychedelia. The album’s lead single that arrived earlier this year, “Ani Kuni,” is growing rapidly, crossing top 40 at French airplay and already at over 5 million streams in less than two months. The album also features three songs from the band’s 2020 EP Feel Good, as well as the three recent tracks they have released in 2021: “Ani Kuni,” “Tunnel feat. Channel Tres,” and “Les jolies choses.” Polo & Pan have been praised by the likes of E! News, Consequence of Sound, Dancing Astronaut, and more. With tickets to their US tour going on sale just two weeks ago, they quickly sold out shows in both New York City and Los Angeles.
Listen to Cyclorama HERE.
“After a four year long cruise around the world onboard the ‘Caravelle,’ the time was ripe for us to come back to the studio. We spent many a sleepless night gazing at our instruments and thinking about what our second album should sound like. We are finally ready to unveil ‘CYCLORAMA,” said Polo & Pan. “This new musical voyage will take you on a journey through life, from birth to death and on to transcendence. We invite all of you to find your own itinerary through this shared musical odyssey. Set your compass as you wish and get ready to go full circle with ‘CYCLORAMA!’”
Cyclorama is Polo & Pan fully realized: hedonism matured, sounds fine-tuned, scope widened. Highlights like “Feel Good” and the ELO-inspired “Magic” bring vibrant, summery joy into an emerging world, while Polo & Pan also take moments to explore different introspective and darker, deeper tones. “Requiem,” “Jiminy,” and “Tunnel” — the latter of which is a collaboration with Compton rapper Channel Tres — take the band’s slick tempos into a new realm of urban allure and mystique, while paying homage to their classic French sound.
The duo, who have amassed nearly half a billion global streams, have released just one album prior: 2017’s Caravelle, which was called a “voyage across blissful destinations… that invites surprise and enchantment” by the New Yorker. It led to Paul Armand-Delille (Polo) and Alexandre Grynszpan (Pan) being able to perform their music around the world to sold-out crowds at notable venues like LA’s Novo, London’s Printworks, NY’s Terminal 5, and Montreal’s MTELUS. They’ve also played numerous festival stages such as 2019’s Coachella where Billboard called their performance “without a doubt one of the best performances.”
We want to hear from you! Please email YT@BringinitBackwards.com.

About WOOSUNG
Woosung is a Korean-American musician, singer, songwriter, and composer, best known for being the vocalist and electric guitarist of South Korean band The Rose. Debuting in 2017 with soft-rock hit “Sorry,” The Rose was named one of the “New K-Pop Artists to Watch” by Billboard. They subsequently broke into the top 10 of Billboard’s “Next Big Sound,” “World Digital Song Sales” and “World Albums” charts with extended plays Dawn and Void, the latter of which also hit #1 on the U.S. iTunes’ K-Pop Albums chart, solidifying the band’s dominance in being one of the fastest accelerating artists across the internet. As the frontman of The Rose, Woosung made his solo debut in 2019 with EP Wolf, and its title single, “Face,” quickly racked up nearly 20 million views on YouTube. In 2020, Woosung lent his vocals to the original soundtrack of award-winning K-drama series Itaewon Class. A multifaceted performer, Woosung has since established his own independent label, and his newest EP, "MOTH," is out now.

This International Women’s Day, I will celebrate female empowerment with a live online concert.
The COVID-19 pandemic has amplified existing gender inequalities, with women still doing three times more unpaid work in the home than men. An IKEA study found that 1/3 of women say their careers have been held back because they do more in the home than men. Which is why IKEA worked with a relationship expert to launch a game on Instagram Stories that can help start a global conversation about equality at home. This game helps couples (or flatmates) talk about and address any imbalance in the home. We must educate each other, and we must educate women all over the world!

Migos live at Exit festival 2018!
Global music phenomenon from Atlanta and the most popular rap group in the world, Migos!
In just one year they became one of only five rap bands who managed to achieve this in their career, and with dazzling 15 numbers which found themselves concurrently on the American top list, Migos broke the 54 year old record previously held only by The Beatles!
The trio consisting of Quavo, Offset and Takeoff first dazed the world with such hits as “Versace” and “Look At My Dab”, and then in 2016 their mega-hit “Bad and Boujee” .
While The Guardian compared them to The Beatles, Rolling Stone said that they “have transcended hip-hop to become shapers of the culture”!
EXIT is the two-time winner of the “Best Major European Festival” award along with the continuous recognition by the global music stars, fans and media alike.
Held each year at the 18th Century colossal Petrovaradin Fortress in the city of Novi Sad in Serbia, EXIT started as a student movement whose massive protests brought down the oppressive regime in Serbia. EXIT became the first mass event to gather all the people in Balkans after a long decade of divisions.
Celebrated as a place where hedonism meets activism, it is the social relevance of EXIT that has made it unique and globally recognized hosting stars like The Prodigy, Arctic Monkeys, Madonna, The Killers, Sex Pistols, Guns’n’Roses, Arcade Fire, Beastie Boys, David Guetta, Carl Cox, Nina Kraviz, Patti Smith, Motorhead, LCD Soundsystem, Wiz Khalifa, Snoop Dogg, Wu-Tang Clan, Andy C, DJ Shadow, and countless many more at 30+ stages in nearly two decades since its inception in 2000. So far, EXIT hosted a worldwide audience of over 2.5 million visitors from 60 different countries.
EXIT Team now runs five festivals in five neighboring countries, EXIT in Serbia, Festival 84 in Bosnia, Sea Star in Croatia, Revolution in Romania and Sea Dance in Montenegro.

Coco Jones and Jennifer bond over how they get mistaken for one another, while Jennifer reveals she doesn’t share that she’s actually Jennifer Hudson when fans ask if she’s Coco. Zach Bryan came through the University of Texas at Austin to play a free show after the Longhorns defeated Texas Tech. (See song timestamps below!) He is one of my favorite artists, so I wanted to capture the whole thing with my Gorillapod camera set-up – also stabilized and color corrected the footage.
Fantastic concert, gave me chills – I hope he adds 'Mine Again', 'Elisabeth', 'Someday on My Mind', and 'November Air' to his shows on tour.
