LYRICS
i heard a knock upon my door the other day
i opened it to find death staring in my face
the feel of mortal stalking still reverberates
everywhere i go i drag the coffin just in case ;)

my bodies tremblin sends shivers down my spine
adrenaline kicks in shifts into overdrive
your secrets keep you sick your lies keep you alive
snake eyes every single time you roll with crooked dice
i felt the darkness as it tried to pull me down
the kind of dark that haunts a hundred year old house
i wrestle with my thoughts i shook the hand of doubt
running from my past im praying feet dont fail me now

ive lost my god damn mind
it happens all the time
i cant believe im actually
meant to be here
trying to consume,
the drug in me is you
and im so high on misery
cant you see

i got these questions always running through my head
so many things that i would like to understand
if we are born to die and we all die to live
then whats the point of living life if it just contradicts?
i felt the darkness as it tried to pull me down
the kind of dark that haunts a hundred year old house
i wrestle with my thoughts i shook the hand of doubt
running from my past im praying feet dont fail me now

ive lost my god damn mind
it happens all the time
i cant believe im actually
meant to be here
trying to consume,
the drug in me is you
and im so high on misery
cant you see

guitar solo

ive lost
myself
you tried to reach me but you just cant help me
so long
goodbye
you tried to save me it wont work this time

cause now

ive lost my fucking mind
and theres no fucking time
i cant believe im actually
meant to be here
trying to consume,
the drug in me is you
and im so high on misery
cant you see

Yung Joc starts this full-length interview off by surprising the interviewer, Shawn Prez, with a cameo appearance from the mascot of the Atlanta Hawks, Harry the Hawk. After Harry the Hawk departs, the two men get serious as Yung Joc shares his thoughts on the criminal trial involving Megan Thee Stallion and the defendant, Tory Lanez. They talk about the sexual exploits of the case and the entertainment value of it all before outlining the seriousness of what's at stake. Moving along, Yung Joc shares his thoughts on the controversy surrounding Kanye West before talking about the Chicago rapper's recent exchange with Meek Mill on social media. From there, he talks about being the victim of a scam where a real estate attorney pretended to be a defense attorney and how it almost landed him back in behind bars. Lastly, he talks about parenthood, and the recent season of Love & Hip Hop, before sharing his thoughts on Chuck D's desire to have the N-Word banned.

Look at me lil mama I done made it with the broccoli
Now, shout out to my people sending love out to my colony
I put myself in continents the real ones called Baramey
The only motherfuckers that don't put up with apologies

Say it with my chest I’m feelin’ boujee Benihana
In a place where other rappers only get demolish
Get my shit together while I work and go to college
Get ma own money in ya face bitch, I get deposits

Travel once a year, I only get to see my mama
Save up on my dollars steady waiting hittin’ like trauma

Step up in way I gotta live up like a baller
Biggest in the game before I end up with a baby mama

Never go soft coz Imma demon
Better get lost before you get screamin’
Finna take over the season

► LYRICS
Ich will Immos
Ich will Dollars
Ich will fliegen wie bei Marvel
Zum Frühstück Canapés
Und ein Wildberry Lillet

Ich will Immos
Ich will Dollars
Ich will fliegen wie bei Marvel
Ich hab Hunger also nehm
Ich mir alles vom Buffet

Will ein Haus für meine Mama
An der Küste von Catania
Zum Frühstück Canapés
Und ein Wildberry Lillet

Ich will Immos
Ich will Dollars
Ich will fliegen wie bei Marvel
Ich hab Hunger also nehm
Ich mir alles vom Buffet

Will ein Haus für meine Mama
An der Küste von Catania
Zum Frühstück Canapés
Und ein Wildberry Lillet

Ich will nach oben
Ich will zum Mars
Spaceship mit Panorama
Für meine Besten
Immer das Beste
Kaufe die Welt
Und keiner bezahlt
Ich will nich alt werden
Zeit bleibt für mich stehen
Ich will nich warten
Will wenn ich aufwach in dein Gesicht sehen

Privat Jet in der Garage
Und Flamingos in meim Garten
Will am Tisch die besten Karten
Ich will

Ich will Immos
Ich will Dollars
Ich will fliegen wie bei Marvel
Ich hab Hunger also nehm
Ich mir alles vom Buffet

Will ein Haus für meine Mama
An der Küste von Catania
Zum Frühstück Canapés
Und ein Wildberry Lillet

Welche Bitch stört mich beim Shopping?
Mein Ex ruft an, ich block ihn
Dieser Benzer gefällt mir, ich copp‘ ihn
Deutschrap auf Crack am Kotti
Ich will Immos, ich will n‘ Vermächtnis

doch ich will Dollars, ich will Prada

Ich will Immos
Ich will Dollars
Ich will fliegen wie bei Marvel
Ich hab Hunger also nehm
Ich mir alles vom Buffet

Will ein Haus für meine Mama
An der Küste von Catania
Zum Frühstück Canapés
Und ein Wildberry Lillet

Ich will Immos
Ich will Dollars
Ich will fliegen wie bei Marvel
Zum Frühstück Canapés
Und ein Wildberry Lillet

Ich will Immos
Ich will Dollars
Ich will fliegen wie bei Marvel
Zum Frühstück Canapés
Und ein Wildberry Lillet

LYRICS
i was lost now im found
im sustained by the sound
of the angels singing me to sleep
while my feet are leaving the ground
am i dead? or am i dreaming instead?
a cornucopia of opiates have flooded my head
im insane i am smart
all it takes is a spark
to ignite my bad intentions
and do what i do best to your heart
dont be fooled i was raised by the wolves
now the moon hangs in full
so you know i wont play by the rules.

i will never spill, spill my blood for you
you have let me down, one to many times.

someway somehow we've fallen out
caught inbeetween my enemies
no way not now i wont back down
i draw the line at you and me
your what i started now disregarded
one day they'll see, it was always me.

due to mistakes i have made to the state
i am trapped inside a dillinger
dilligently thinking of ways,
to get out of this god awful place
i have learned that my fate
is something i cant escape
so!
sound the alarm what ive said from the start
is ill never let your system
break me down or tear me apart
dont be fooled i was raised by the wolves
now the moon hangs in full
so you know i wont play by the rules

oh!
this is the end of you
this is where i draw the line
and i wont lose
this war is mine
oh!
spill my blood for you one to many times
one day theyll see it was always me.

Lyrics:
[“My 45 (feat. Jean Carter”]
Ooh baby
Oh, Alright
I got you right beside me
(got you right, got you right)
You know she’s so feisty
(she’s so feisty)
For me she’ll catch a body
(She catch it body now)
You know she ridin' shotty
(Know she ride, know she ride)
I got my 45
(I got my 45)
So we gon’ be alright
(We gon’ be alright now)
We could hit the streets
(We could hit the streets)
Or we could stay inside
(We could stay, we could stay inside)
Round town, baby
They know you, ride for me
By my side
She My 45
She’s My 45
Yeah Yeah
My 45
My shorty
I don’t play with
Yea she know me
Yea she hold them special places
(Oh wow)
I never knew nobody
in the type of way yet
I never knew another
Clever ‘nuff to fake this
Lane switch
Grain gripped
Blinkers enough
For the cops not to stop us
Cause we living it up
She go’n spot and opp
We profit off it
Livin’ is tough
But with her livin’ is sweet
I gotta give her my love
Yeah
Round town baby
They know you, (they know) ride for me
(never on my) By my side
She My 45
She’s My 45

[“Para Ti”]
Quiero ser, tu masoquista
Rosa fresita (Ooh, ooh)
Entre todas
Tus espinas
Quiero sangrar (Quiero sangrar, oh)
Duele, conocerte
Duele ser, un hombre fuerte
Pero en fin, quién soy, Para ti
(Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh)
Para ti
(Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh)
Para ti

In the 70s, there was metal - Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple. And then there was punk, Sex Pistols, The Clash, The Damned. Two separate entities that rarely if ever mixed. However a band both subcultures could agree on was Motörhead.

Led by the hoarse rumble of Lemmy, with their first three albums they cemented their place as one of the loudest bands Britain has ever produced. But the lead single from their fourth album proved they could be metal heavy, mangle it with a punk attitude and still be able to crossover to the pop charts. This is New British Canon and this is the story of "Ace of Spades."

If 2004 was the year of Franz Ferdinand for the NME crowd, then 2005 was all about Bloc Party. With razor sharp guitarwork, disco beats and Kele Okereke’s anguished yelp, they brought the indie set heartache you could dance to.

In spite of studio issues, Gang of Four comparisons and feuds with Britpop elderstatesmen, with Silent Alarm Bloc Party unleashed one of the most exciting British debuts of the decade. A reaction to the reductive boring rock’n’roll surrounding them, they added life, vitality and whatever they could find into their jagged yet sensitive post-punk. This is New British Canon and this is the story of “Banquet.”
