Lil Durk Thrown in Solitary Confinement

Federal prosecutors allege Grammy-winning rapper Lil Durk masterminded a murder-for-hire plot targeting rival Quando Rondo, stemming from the 2020 killing of Durk’s close friend King Von, with the plan ultimately resulting in the death of Rondo’s cousin. Durk has pleaded not guilty to multiple federal charges that could carry a life sentence, as his high-profile trial is currently scheduled for April. Meanwhile, his attorneys are challenging his months-long placement in solitary confinement over an alleged unauthorized Apple Watch, arguing the isolation violates his constitutional rights and due process.
