Usher Admits 'It's Hard to Just Keep Moving' After Postponing 'Past Present Futu

Usher sat down with ET's Kevin Frazier in Atlanta as the singer rehearsed for his 'Past Present Future' Tour. The 45-year-old superstar shared 'it's hard to just keep moving' at times and how he recovers quickly from the demands of touring with a hot and cold plunge. Usher's new tour, 'Past Present Future' has been postponed from the original kick off date of Aug. 14, due to an injury. Usher's new concert film, 'Usher: Rendezvous in Paris' is out Sept. 12.
