On June 25, 2009, the news of Michael Jackson's death sent shockwaves across the globe.

Jackson, known as the "King of Pop" who went on to become one of the best-selling artists of all time, died at the age of 50 from cardiac arrest.

On the day of his death, 13WHAM News spoke with fans and local radio station 103.9 WDKX on the pop icon's legacy.
