Aspiring female rapper Kevhani Hicks accused of fatally shooting manager

An aspiring female rapper was arrested on a murder charge after police said she fatally shot a man in Wynwood. Kevhani Camilla Hicks, 27, is facing a second-degree murder charge in the Monday morning shooting, an arrest report said.
