Latto has emerged as one of the top female acts in Hip-Hop. VladTV sat down with the rap star in 2018, when she was only 20 and establishing herself as a breakout performer. During the interview, she addressed the controversy surrounding her original stage name, "Miss Mulatto." She detailed her journey in rap and winning Jermaine Dupri's competition show, "The Rap Game." Despite winning the competition, she ultimately rejected the opportunity to sign with Jermaine Dupri for financial reasons.
