Taurus Tremani Bartlett, known professionally as Polo G, rose to prominence with his singles "Finer Things” and "Pop Out" (featuring Lil Tjay). His debut album was called Die A Legend.
In this interview Marco starts off with a lesson and display on Polo G’s jewelry and Marco also talks about Polo G’s record label. Marco immediately goes into Polo G’s lyrics. Marco then goes into how Polo got his name and Polo G expounds on that. Marco also goes into the rules of Uno in Chicago. Marco continues with the random questions including how Polo G would survive with Michael Myers. Polo G reveals he wants to get into acting and also that he prefers Walmart over Target. Marco challenges Polo G on his lyrics and stumps Polo G, including confronting Polo about his $2k a minute lyric. Marco then shows Polo G some pictures and asks for explanations. Polo G reveals he plays basketball for relief. The production crew gets confused thinking Polo G is Ja Morant, the basketball player. The confrontation is minimal. Marco continues with the random questions. Production interrupts the interview with a fan wanting to take a picture. Polo G reveals he loves the “Power” series. Polo G also reveals he doesn’t do adlibs. Production tries to get Polo to state he believes in aliens. Polo G also reveals his favorite video is “Finer Things” and has a video called “Bag Talk” out now. Marco does a rap drop for Polo G that goes on and on with multiple takes.
