In Part 5, 2Pac’s entrance into the music and acting game will be covered, from his early years with Digital Underground and his debut in Same Song and Dan Aykroyd’s Nothing but Trouble (early 1990s) to his role in Poetic Justice and his solo release Strictly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z… (Early 1993).

Part 4 is on Dr. Dre and The D.O.C. stepping out from NWA and Ruthless to create their own label. It covers the beginnings of Death Row, including early Suge, D.O.C. and Dre label ideas (Future Shock, Funky Enough, Fern Hill). It covers Harry O, David Kenner, Vanilla Ice and the growth of Future Shock into Def Row and then Death Row.
