BREAKING: Rapper Offset shot outside Hard Rock Casino in South Florida

CBS News Miami is live at the scene after rapper Offset was shot outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Offset, a member of Migos, is hospitalized in stable condition. Two people have been detained and police say there is no threat to the public.
