Miley’s second song and video release “Something Beautiful,” the title track off of the forthcoming album explores her deep connection to fashion showcasing an original custom design by Casey Cadwallader for the House of Mugler in the visual. This era marks another bold artistic evolution for Miley, blending music and film into an immersive experience. “Something Beautiful” is now available on all streaming platforms.

Lyrics:

Tell me something beautiful tonight
Until your lips turn blue
Said I don’t wanna talk about it for too long
Baby now I think I do
Ahh ah
Water to red wine
Kissing to kill time

Oh my
Yeah ahh ah
Watching the doves cry
Into the sunrise

Flash bang spark
Send home the guards and lay down your arms
And da da da da da
The great golden bomb, bomb, bomb

Boy I’m losing my breath, yes
Boy you’re marking up my neck-lace
Boy I’m losing my breath
I’m undressing and I’m confessing that I’m so obsessed, yes

Tell me something beautiful about this world
When I’m in your palm
I’m like a pearl
Tell me something I can hold on to
You’re who I belong to
I drown in devotion
As deep as the ocean
So don’t let me go, no no no

Flash bang spark
Lighting up the dark
Bomb bomb

Boy I’m losing my breath, yes
Boy it’s popping out my chest, yes
Boy I’m losing my breath, I’m
I’m undressing and I’m confessing that
I’m so obsessed, yes

Ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh
Eat my heart
Ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh
Break my soul
Ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh
Take my parts
Ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh
Let me go
Ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh
Eat my heart
Ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh
Break my soul
Ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh
Take my parts
Ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh
Let me go
Ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh
Eat my heart
Ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh
Break my soul
Ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh ahhh
Take my parts

Something Beautiful - Album Out May 30 | Pre-Order Now: https://MileyCyrus.lnk.to/SomethingBeautiful

Text 310-388-5120

Miley Cyrus releases “Prelude” the first song and visual from her ninth studio album, Something Beautiful available May 30, 2025. “Prelude” features Miley wearing archival 1997 Thierry Mugler couture, as seen on the album artwork, shot by renowned fashion photographer Glen Luchford. The film’s cinematography is helmed by Benoît Debie, adding to its striking visual narrative. “Prelude” is now available on all streaming platforms.

Lyrics:

Like when following an image from a train
Your eyes can’t keep the passing landscapes from being swallowed into endless distance

Like when holding a fist full of ashes your hands can’t save the things that have already been dissolved into air
Like when facing the sun thru a window your skin feels warmth but you can’t be in the world that its warmth has made alive
Like walking alone thru a lucid dream like saying your name aloud in an empty room
Like witnessing my body standing in a mirror aching to be seen, aching to become real
But the beauty one finds alone is a prayer that longs to be shared
