Bio

Multi-Instrumentalist Reinhardt Buhr has composed 17 albums in 10 years time.

At the end of 2019, his work went viral over social media, reaching more than a hundred million views across Facebook and Youtube.

Reinhardt combines the Laser Harp, Spanish Guitar, Electric Guitar, Electric Cello, Australian didgeridoo, Israeli Shofar, Spanish Cajon, Synthesizers and Piano via a live looping system to create an extraordinary symphonic orchestral sound in only a one-man improvisational act.

Reinhardt Buhr was born in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1988 and grew up with
no passion for music at all, In fact, as a teenager, he became a computer gamer and
began abusing alcohol at a very young age. His first job was at a small liquor store, where he earned 20 cents an hour. After that, he worked as a packer in a supermarket. His plan of
becoming an animator failed when he started abusing marijuana and alcohol on a
regular basis.

At the age of 19, two of his closest friends began learning the guitar. Reinhardt
immediately fell in love with it. With no formal training, the three friends simply
taught themselves how to play. A year later, Reinhardt was inspired by a Flamenco
guitar player, and began learning Flamenco Rumba Guitar from YouTube videos.
One day, he was sitting at a small roadside steak restaurant with his parents, and
there was a man playing solo guitar covers. Reinhardt approached him to make
small talk and the owner of the restaurant overheard that Reinhardt played a bit of
Spanish Guitar music.

So the owner asked Reinhardt “Why don’t you come back next week to play, and I
will give you a steak and 10 dollars in return?” So Reinhardt Buhr played his first
solo Spanish guitar gig that following weekend and hasn’t stopped since.
Reinhardt Buhr quickly became known around South Africa and formed a duo
band called “Wild Lettuce”. He and the drummer performed many national
tours. They also opened for a lot of great artists. But unfortunately, Reinhardt fell
into a dark habit of abusing alcohol, drugs, and cocaine.

This affected him, his career, and everyone around him in a very negative way.
The band broke up. Reinhardt Buhr went solo and left his hometown, hoping to
escape the drug scene, only to find himself moving in with someone who also had
a cocaine problem. The whole cycle started over again.

At the end of 2016, Reinhardt hit an all-time low. He was at the point of death. He
fell on his knees and pleaded with God to step into his broken life. When things
could not get any worse, God in His full mercy and grace, stepped in and changed
his life completely. Reinhardt and his wife, Mandie Buhr, both experienced God’s
salvation and were baptized together. They left a lifestyle of abusing, marijuana,
alcohol, and drugs, and began on a beautiful road of salvation and healing.
During the biggest transition of his life, Reinhardt was playing a gig one day. As
he was playing for hundreds of people, He experienced a voice telling him to make music
for God. When Reinhardt made the shift from playing for fame and fortune to
playing for Christ Jesus, everything about his music changed! You can even see
the transition from his earlier album called “Organika 432hz”, to his latest album
entitled “Life”.

To this day, Reinhardt Buhr makes music to God. This is his way of worshiping
the Creator and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

ABOUT NIKA:
Daughter of two Slovenian faces in the entertainment industry Janja Pušl and Zoran Kljun, owner of the largest dance school in Slovenia called Bolero, Nika was destined to stardom. Her passion for dance and love for the stage began at her parents' dance school, Bolero. There, she nurtured her talent and followed in her family's footsteps competing as an undefeated champion. Dancing professionally since the age of three, Nika trained in jazz, tap, latin, ballroom, funk, and ended up finding her deep love for hip-hop and the freedom it gave her to express herself as an artist. She wanted to share her passion for hip hop and became a mentor for the Bolero dancers, encouraging them to follow their dreams while bringing them to multiple wins from all over Europe.

After many wins, including taking gold (1st place) as a soloist at the at the world championships and being asked to be the global spokesperson for Nike, Nika was given the prestige title of Slovenian Ambassador of Dance. She took over Europe as a professional dancer and choreographer, and that sparked an even bigger dream. Nika wanted to grow and continue moving forward and proof that anything is possible.

Nika now lives in Los Angeles, California. She has worked on major projects with stars such as Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Ne-yo, Pitbull, T-Pain, One Direction, Cher Lloyd, the Britney Spears tribute on MTV Video Music Awards, Jessica Sanchez, Donna Summer, Kaya Jones, Gina Katon, Matt Pokora, Herb Alpred, Macy’s Glamorama Fashion Tour, Monsters of Hip Hop, Billboard Music Awards, Young Hollywood Awards, NRJ Music Awards, X-Factor USA, UK & France, America’s Got Talent, The Voice, Move Live on Tour and was a part of Justin Bieber’s promo tour.

As a choreographer or assistant choreographer she worked on So You Think You Can Dance in the USA, Ukraine & Portugal, Move Live on Tour with Derek & Julianne Hough, Dancing with the Stars, Love On The Floor with Cheryl Burke, Jacky Cheung- A Classic Tour , America’s Got Talent, Kellogg’s Summer Campaign, Kaya Jones, Lena Katina, Blake McGrath, Victoria Bech and Monsters of Hip Hop to name a few. Nika has been a part of Tremaine Dance Conventions, Monster of Hip Hop or Monsters A-list Conventions around North America, Hollywood Dance Jamz, Imapact Dance Convention in Mexico, and is currently faculty at JUMP- one of the biggest dance convention in the nation.

You can learn from her at world known dance studios in Los Angeles - Millennium Dance Complex, Edge Performing Arts Center, Movement Life Style, and Debbie Reynold’s Studio.

Her passion and heart for the art of dance and performing electrifies all students in her classes and workshops internationally. Nika wants to adequately prepare her dancers for the stage. Her long experience as an educator will turn you into the dancer you want to become. Her versatility will make you become a more rounded, stronger and sharper mover. You will learn how to flow between different dance styles and find your groove. She is known for bringing the heat and “magic” into class. Nika has already taught in more than 35 countries around the world in Europe, Middle East, North and South America and Asia. All dancers of all ages are welcome in Nika’s classes. She creates a comfortable and positive atmosphere to learn, experiment, and grow.
