《你不屬於我》MV 延續了 Netflix 亞洲壓軸大戲《比悲傷更悲傷的故事》，由全球破 48 億票房電影脫胎換骨而來的《比悲傷更悲傷的故事》影集版，講述著一個守候已久的靈魂，為了愛甘願成為收割生靈的死神，只求能在她最後的一段時光再次相遇…。周興哲特別邀請到電影名導林孝謙為 MV掌鏡，繼電影版主題曲《有一種悲傷》也由導演填寫的一脈相承，林孝謙導演也再度為影集版主題曲《你不屬於我》填詞，將音樂與 MV 完美結合，必定為影迷與歌迷帶來雙重驚喜，導演也很高興Eric周興哲加入了「悲傷」故事宇宙，光是其中的哭戲，就讓導演大讚，Eric 不遜於音樂才華的專業演技，也讓劇組讚嘆不已，期待日後更輝煌的合作。
