The Reason Why 50 Cent Got Shot 9 Times [The Supreme Team] Hotney 14 Streams • 4 years ago

50 Cent Ja Rule & Supreme Beef for which 50 Cent got shot for: Ghetto Quran & the Reason Why 50 Cent Was Shot 9 Times (Supreme McGriff, E-Money Bags, Jam Master Jay & Prodigy from Mobb Deep)

Who shot 50 Cent? Days before 50 Cent was scheduled to film its music video, he was attacked by a gunman in the infamous shooting incident that left him with nine gunshot wounds and gave him his dimple scar; an event that 50 Cent often references in his lyrics. While hospitalized, he signed a publishing deal with Columbia Records; however, he was dropped from the label after it was discovered that he had been shot. The track, "Ghetto Qur'an (Forgive Me)", has been speculated to be the reason for the shooting.

The third and final single, "Your Life's on the Line", was released in 1999. The song was produced by Terrence Dudley, and was perceived as a diss song to Ja Rule, which would begin their highly publicized feud on records. 50 mocks Ja Rule's catchphrase "Murdaa!", on the chorus of the song. A music video for this song was released, which was also the only song with a music video of the whole album. The song would later be included as a bonus track on 50's officially released debut album Get Rich or Die Tryin'.

With a monumental 2022 that saw Lost Frequencies become the most played artist on UK radio, with further rippling success felt not only across the continent but the globe with his mega charting ‘Where Are You Now’, the Belgian superstar returns to close out the year with the rousing new release ‘Back To You’! With a melodic piano-led melody that brings dramatics to the introduction, the crisp and sharp female vocal from singer-songwriter Elley Duhe projects a worthy range, stirring emotion and drawing the listener in. Elley Duhe, known for bringing her captivating topline to tracks including Zedd’s ‘Happy Now’ and collaborations with Meduza and Clean Bandit, adds her shining omission to this stellar release as the perfect accompaniment to Lost Frequencies’ production. As ‘Back To You’ revolves forth with a country-style guitar twang, that delivers a subtle note of Lost Frequencies signature style and tastes whilst still sounding of-the-moment, the “It leads me back to you” topline being delivered in a timeless style. As the release rolls onwards, a pulsating beat propels the single to new heights to bring it into indie dance territory whilst also radio-ready, as a parallel vocal from X Ambassador’s Sam Harris is introduced further into the journey. Sam Harris’s X Ambassadors are known for their pop-rock sound collaborating with the likes of Machine Gun Kelly and Bebe Rexha, bringing here a deeper antidote to Duhe’s higher-reaching and full-bodied delivery for a perfect juxtaposition, yet both performances work in tandem to weave and soar with emotion and a pitch-perfect contrast. By bringing together the talented delivery of both Duhe and Harris, the perfect trifecta when linked with Lost Frequencies assured production creates a seminal track that transcends genres. ‘Back To You’ is a masterclass in Lost Frequencies productions and songwriting skills, providing the ultimate sign-off to close out the year in high-class style.

Lyrics

I heard a million tales before I came to you
One after the other said, time’s the only cure

When love is forever gone
it disappeared like stars at dawn and every road that I’ve been on
It leads me back to you
It leads me back to you

I walked a million miles before I came to you
Heaven wide above my head
Sand beneath my shoes
Life is the saddest song it was nothing until you came along
Cuz every road that I've been on leads me back to you
It leads me back to you

I sold a million lines before I came to you
Guess none of us could read the lie behind the golden truth
Trust can't be counted on
it's as crooked as the amazon
Cuz every road that I’ve been on leads me back to you
It leads me back to you

I’ve been looking for trouble, trouble
I’ve been looking for trouble, trouble
I’ve been looking for trouble, trouble
I’m looking for you

I walked a million miles before I came to you
Heaven wide above my head
Sand beneath my shoes
Life is the saddest song it was nothing until you came along
Cuz every road that I've been on leads me back to you
It leads me back to you
It leads me back to you

Every road that I’ve been on, leads be back to you

Lyrics:
In your head
Getting rowdy again
Way off track
Here we are again

It ain’t quite the end
It’s just farewell till we meet again
It ain’t over yet
It’s just farewell till we meet again

On another road
Maybe I can make your heart beat again
And in another life
Maybe it would be much sweeter than

I was wrong
Let you down again
But if you let me round again
I’ll be your oxygen
I’ll be the cure, be the medicine
You’re my battlefield
You’re sunbeams in a velvet dream

On another road
Maybe I can make your heart beat again
And in another life
Maybe it would be much sweeter than

On another road
Maybe I can make your heartbeat again
And in another life
Maybe it would be much sweeter than
On another road
Maybe I can make your heart beat again

Lyrics

I don't know where my baby is
But I'll find him, somewhere, somehow
I've got to let him know how much I care
I'll never give up looking for my baby

Been around the world and I, I, I
I can't find my baby
I don't know when, I don't know why
Why he's gone away
And I don't know where he can be, my baby
But I'm gonna find him

We had a quarrel and I let myself go
I said so many things, things he didn't know
And I was oh oh so bad
And I don't think he's comin' back, mm mm

He gave the reason, the reasons he should go
And he said thing he hadn't said before
And he was oh oh so mad
And I don't think he's comin' back, comin' back

I did too much lyin'
Wasted too much time
Now I'm here and cryin', I, I, I

Been around the world and I, I, I
I can't find my baby
I don't know when, I don't know why
Why he's gone away
And I don't know where he can be, my baby
But I'm gonna find him

So open hearted, he never did me wrong
I was the one, the weakest one of all
And now I'm oh oh so sad
I don't think he's comin' back, comin' back

I did too much lyin'
Wasted too much time
Now I'm here and cryin', I, I, I

Been around the world and I, I, I
I can't find my baby
I don't know when, I don't know why
Why he's gone away
And I don't know where he can be, my baby
But I'm gonna find him

Been around the world and I, I, I
I can't find my baby
I don't know when, I don't know why
Why he's gone away
And I don't know where he can be, my baby
But I'm gonna find him

I'm going to find him, my baby

I did too much lyin'
Wasted too much time
Now I'm here and cryin', I, I, I

Been around the world and I, I, I
I can't find my baby
I don't know when, I don't know why
Why he's gone away
And I don't know where he can be, my baby
But I'm gonna find him

I've been around the world
Lookin' from my baby
Been around the world
And I'm gonna, I'm gonna find him

Been around the world and I, I, I
I can't find my baby
I don't know when, I don't know why
Why he's gone away
And I don't know where he can be, my baby
But I'm gonna find him

I can’t express it in words
Girl, You gotta know you got that vibe
Your smile is Fine Art
You wake up my soul
You got me feelin’ so right yeah
It’s a vibe

Yeah eh
This gon’ be the one and only theme song
You’ve got all of my attention
You’re my one and only mission
Nothing is impossible Baby lights camera action
I’m the music, you’re my Topline
You’re the city, I’m the Skyline
I’m the movie, you’re the Highlight
Falling on a dark sky like Twilight
Just gets better
Got me binge-watching you with that attraction
You don’t know I want your love (know I want your love)
Before this night ends Baby

You know we got that vibe baby (till the sun rises)
Look at me, look at me, I got the vibe
Look at me, look at me, I got the vibe
You know we got that vibe baby (till the sun sets)
Look at you, look at you, you got the vibe
I can feel it, It’s a vibe

This gon’ be the one and only Anthem
Can feel my sixth sense, it’s a stimulation
Holding hands causing an electrocution
Before you my world was in disconnection
I’m the stage, you’re the Spotlight
You’re the Han River, I’m the Nam San
It can’t be more perfect than this
Falling on a dark sky like Twilight
I could feel it
I’m trapped inside your space, You’re my Matrix
You don’t know I want your love (know I want your love)
Before this night ends Baby

You know we got that vibe baby (till the sun rises)
Look at me, look at me, I got the vibe
Look at me, look at me, I got the vibe
You know we got that vibe baby (till the sun sets)
Look at you, look at you, you got the vibe
I can feel it, It’s a vibe

Look at the stars
Moon’s shining so bright
All through the night
It’s lighting us up

And the way you look at me
I want to keep feelin’ the vibrations
(You gotta know you got that vibe)

You know we got that vibe baby (till the sun rises)
Look at me, look at me, I got the vibe
You know we got that vibe baby (till the sun sets)
Look at you, look at you, you got the vibe
I can feel it, It’s a vibe

Official Video for "It Won’t Be Long" by George Birge

Listen & Download “It Won’t Be Long” out now: https://georgebirge.lnk.to/ItWontBeLong

Lyrics:
It won’t be long ‘til that shot of jack works your nerve up
To get her name
It won’t be long ‘til the parking lot kiss by your truck
Turns into a date
It won’t be long ‘til your buddies wonder where you been
Cause you skipped out on the duck trip again
It won’t be long ‘til you see your old man was right
When he said the funny thing about life is

It Might be crazy
It Might be sweet
Might not be perfect
And it might be the last thing
That you ever saw coming
But it gets a little better when its spinnin round something
So buy the drink, steal the kiss, make the trip, take the risk, love hard as you can and just hold on
Cause life might be a lot of things
But it won’t be long

It won’t be long ‘til you take a starter house to the studs and paint it white
It won’t be long ‘til there’s a crib where the pool table was and you’re up all night
It won’t be long ‘til you’re sitting at a ball game and your last names at the plate wearin 7 again
And right there in your folding chair is where it all sinks in

It Might be crazy
It Might be sweet
Might not be perfect
And it might be the last thing
That you ever saw coming
But it gets a little better when its spinnin’ round something
So buy the drink, steal the kiss, make the trip, take the risk, love hard as you can and just hold on
Cause life might be a lot of things
But it won’t be long

‘Til it’s a beer at a bar with the boy that you raised
he’s a man with a girl with a boy on the
Its faster and faster it ain’t slowin’ down
Til you’re talking ‘bout life and you’re telling him how

It Might be crazy
It Might be sweet
Might not be perfect
And it might be the last thing
That you ever saw coming
But it gets a little better when its spinnin’ round something
So buy the drink, steal the kiss, make the trip, take the risk, love hard as you can and just hold on

Lyrics:
I ain’t that coolA little fucked in the head
They’ll be hanging me quick
When I’m back from the dead
Get the rope

I’m a punk rock kidI came from hell with a curse
She tried to pray it awaySo I fucked her in church
Don’t you know

They say you’re not safe here if I stay
With a knife that sharp no way

No I leave them broken heartedOh no look at the mess we startedOh no I leave the broken hearts this way
What you sayYou want to play

Yeah don’t be fooledI’m only letting you down
They pursued me on foot
But I hid in the crowd
Like a ghost

The seats of my carAre filled with cigarette burns
I got a fire in my eyeA little blood on my shirt
Let’s hit the road

I know there’s a special place in hell
That my friends and I know well
There’s a perfect place to goWhen it’s time to lose control

Nightmare daydream
You can’t save me
