Lyrics:
I can’t recall the last time that we talked
About anything but lookin’ out for cops
We got cigarette burns on the same side of our hands
But we ain't friends, we’re just morons
Who broke skin in the same spot

But I’ve never seen you take a turn that wide
And I’m high enough to still care if I die
So I tried to read the thoughts that you worked overtime to stop
You said fuck off, and I said nothing for a while

You know I think about you all the time
And my deep misunderstanding of your life
And how bad it must have been for you back then
And how hard it was to keep it all inside

I hope you settle down, I hope you marry rich
I hope you’re scared of only ordinary shit
Like murderers and ghosts and cancer on your skin
And not your soul, and what he might do with it

You inched yourself across the great divide
While we drove aimlessly along the Twin State line
I heard nothin' but the bass in every ballad that you'd play
While you swore to God the singer read your mind
But the world is scared of hesitatin' things
Yeah, they only shoot the birds who cannot sing
And I'm finally aware of how shitty and unfair
It was to stare ahead like everything was fine

You know I think about you all the time
And my deep misunderstanding of your life
And how bad it must have been for you back then
And how hard it was to keep it all inside

I hope you settle down, I hope you marry rich
I hope you’re scared of only ordinary shit
Like murderers and ghosts and cancer on your skin
And not your soul, and what he might do with it

Rage, in small ways
Did you wish that I could know?
You'd fade, to some place
I wasn't brave enough to go

I hope you settle down, I hope you marry rich
I hope you’re scared of only ordinary shit
Like murderers and ghosts and cancer on your skin
And not your soul, and what he might do with it
Aaah, ooh

I hope you threw a brick right into that stained glass
I hope you’re with someone who isn’t scared to ask
I hope that you’re not losing sleep about what’s next
Or about your soul, and what he might do with it

(DISCLAIMER: This particular video has mostly videos provided by "홍낙현" Channel videos ( https://www.youtube.com/user/hnh7981 ), who gave me a written permission to use his videos to make this video (link to written permission: https://drive.google.com/open?....id=17bWh3J5zKduIcCxD ). Also, at 6:16 minute mark I use one of my own performances. This video does not violate any Youtube Partner Policies as almost all the video contain"홍낙현" Channel videos who gave me written permission to use them, and my own material.

This Channel used to be "Street Piano Videos", a compilation of my street piano performances and others street piano players around the world. I deleted all the material that wasn't mine and hadn't the permission to use it (nealy 150 videos).

I transformed that old Channel into this new one called "Felipe's Piano and Friends". This New Channel its now a piano blog of me and my music friends making public music interventions, with original videos made by us. I will not upload any content that doesn't belong to me again)

Touring internationally since 2008, Play Me, I’m Yours is an artwork by British artist Luke Jerram. Reaching over 10 million people worldwide, more than 1,500 street pianos have already been installed in over 50 cities across the globe, from London to New York, bearing the simple instruction Play Me, I’m Yours.
Located on streets, in public parks, markets and train stations the pianos are temporarily available for everyone to play and enjoy. Play Me, I’m Yours invites the public to engage with, activate and take ownership of their urban environment. Decorated by local artists and community groups, our street pianos create a place of exchange and an opportunity for people to connect.
