Tips:

Salute. to SADE Abu soul, R&B, jazz, and pop, My Diva!
SADE Adu Music
1. Smooth and Relaxed Vibe
Sade's sound is often referred to as "smooth jazz" due to its polished and mellow tone.
The music creates a serene, introspective atmosphere, often ideal for late-night listening.
2. Emotive and Subtle Vocals
Sade Adu’s voice is iconic: soft, sultry, and understated, yet emotionally powerful.
Her singing avoids belting or dramatic flourishes, focusing instead on nuanced delivery.
3. Jazz and Soul Influences
Sade incorporates elements of traditional jazz (saxophones, soft piano lines) and classic soul grooves.
Tracks like Smooth Operator showcase a jazz lounge aesthetic.
4. Minimalist and Atmospheric Arrangements
The production is sleek and minimal, with a focus on creating space in the music.
Instruments like the saxophone, guitar, bass, and gentle percussion often take center stage.
5. Melancholic and Romantic Themes
Lyrical themes explore love, loss, heartache, and emotional introspection.
Songs like By Your Side and No Ordinary Love exemplify the deeply romantic, yet sometimes wistful, storytelling.
6. Timeless Fusion
Sade combines influences from Caribbean rhythms, African music, and contemporary R&B, creating a globally appealing sound.
This fusion gives her music a unique, genre-defying quality.
Notable Albums:
Diamond Life (1984): Contains hits like Smooth Operator and Your Love Is King.
Promise (1985): Includes The Sweetest Taboo.
Love Deluxe (1992): Features No Ordinary Love and Cherish the Day.

Background:
I made this video here in Kailua-Kona with my video director friend, Josh Closs, (who also made my Just Keep Jamming Music video). We filmed this at my house, in my backyard, on my kitchen floor, up the road mauka of my house here in the Kalaoa ahupua'a, as well as makai, down by the ocean. It represents HOME for me, and with my super-small crew of just me, Josh and my son, we put so much work and aloha into this video. Hoping you can see the beauty in the floods and the rain, and embrace the sunshine, for all of it makes us beautiful and strong in the end.

Video Credits:

• Josh Closs, @glitch_frame: Camera /Editing:

• Anuhea: Director, hair and makeup, costume stylist, craft services, executive producer, creative director, animal tamer, location scout, and security

• Ikena Lee: Production Assistant, holder of the iPad with the music playing, so mom can lip sync, comedic relief, and overall cutie patootie.

•Boomer, the Golden Aussie: cameo as himself, emotional support & cuteness

Description:

"Lotus" chronicles the growth that I and so many others make in life as we emerge out of even the muddiest waters into something so beautiful.
I am super excited to share this new song with the world, as well as everything else that's to come in this new era! Now, feeling free, lighter, and ready to bloom. Who else is ready to celebrate this new era?

Tas' acostumbrá' a tenerlos a pares
Él no la valora, me dio señales
Y entonces actué y me la llevé
Parece una modelo de TV
Ya no sé que vamo' a hacer
Me engancha tu cara y tu PUNTO G (yeh)

Ese culito pide me que lo estre-llé
No me olvido del perreito' en el muelle
No necesita que ninguna le enseñe y...

"Bandit" MERCH OUT NOW AT WWW.CHRISLONGFILMS.COM

On October 4th 2019 Juice WRLD & NBA Youngboy released "Bandit" with a music video directed by Cole Bennet. This is my behind the scenes vlog from that trip & shoot. The actual video was shot on September 15th in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The first location was a gator farm with a bunch of wild creatures in the swamp. The next location was at Youngboy's house in Baton Rouge. This was a super fun shoot to be on and really the jumpstart of me really doing behind the scenes for music videos. Thanks for watching!

About:
@jacobcollier has the capacity to capture the attention of any audience, but it never feels like learned ability. Instead, Collier’s gifts feel born, simply, from his nature.
Perhaps that’s why journalists often have to resort to platitudes when attempting to describe him: “prodigy,” “effortless,” “genius.” Indeed, when Collier speaks on his favorite subjects – rhythm, harmony and life – his knowledge and engagement astounds listeners of all ages and abilities. But here, the topics are slightly more personal, revolving around his love of particular artists, and his musical memories. As an interview, the Jacob Collier 12 Qwestions provides a different kind of window into the artist’s life.
