LYRICS:

5, 6, 7, 8

Dance with me in my backyard boy
Looking super fine in your corduroy
Drive me round the block we can go in a loop
And we'll turn the volume up on some good boy band tunes

Love to feel the fresh air I can feel your eyes stare
And I'm not gonna lie I get a little bit scared
My heart is on wings I'm living in dreams
And at the top of our lungs we sing

(dadadadadadadadadadadada)
Everything is perfect
(dadadadadadadadadadadada)
All our words were worth it
(dadadadadadadadadadadada)
Dancing around like a clown at the circus
(dadadadadadadadadadadada)
Backyard boy you make me nervous

Dance with me in my backyard boy
Looking super fine in your corduroy (5, 6, 7, 8)
Roll the windows down let the bass drop low
And everybody's talking but I don't wanna know

Love to feel the fresh air I can feel your eyes staring
And I'm not gonna lie I get a little bit scared
My heart is on wings I'm living in dreams
And at the top of our lungs we sing

(dadadadadadadadadadadada)
Everything is perfect
(dadadadadadadadadadadada)
All our words were worth it
(dadadadadadadadadadadada)
Dancing around like a clown at the circus
(dadadadadadadadadadadada)
Backyard boy you make me nervous

While asking people to sing on the streets of NEW YORK CITY, I met Sid! He took my offer promising him a good time that could brighten his day. Sid turned out to be awesome, having some interesting things to say about his past career in music and thankfully loved what we set out to do. I was just as happy that he was a willing participant, and the vibe he brought (I feel) was caught on camera as you see it here!

As a musician, I'm all about creating musical experiences that have people feeling happy and free, and that's why the "Sing With Me for Free" series exists. Since 2018, I have asked thousands of random people to sing with me on camera. A lot of people have said no, some have said no initially but changed their minds to yes, and some have said yes right away. I ask these people to sing with one purpose: to create a way for them to experience a sense of happiness and freedom they did not feel before. And much of the time, this actually works (and that makes ME happy).

Subscribe: https://found.ee/tycho-ys

"The video for Time To Run is based around a cross country meet I ran in when I was first starting out in the sport. Cross country races can be a very solitary pursuits; spectators, coaches and officials are all there at the starting area but once the race begins you disappear into the woods where it’s just you against the other runners, carrying all the expectations of the outside world. The intense pressure and overwhelming physical stress of the moment can make you want to just keep running and never look back. This story is about letting go of the expectations of others and finding your own peace and fulfillment."

Monster In Paradise

All this living is so worth dying for
So come with me
I can make you feel alive
If you are hearing this
You are in paradise

A monster in paradise
It’s just for the score
You are the thing that makes me feel alive

Covered in gasoline
Heat haze obscurity
Glamorous to the bone
Everybody get down

Ghost of the sky
Shut up and fly
Something for the weekend
Stay on the run
Let’s get the damage done
We move something like this
Killing it is easy now
Watch our faith get twisted round
Ghost of the sky
Never say die
Save it for the weekend
Till the blood runs cold
It’s always about the damn girl

A monster in paradise
It’s hell to the core
But all this living is so worth dying for

A dark dissent has begun
Pleasure pain continuum
Beautiful freak just get your foot down tonight

Ghost of the sky
Shut up and fly
Something for the weekend
Stay on the run
Let’s get the damage done
We move something like this
Killing it is easy now
Watch our faith get twisted round
Ghost of the sky
Never say die
Save it for the weekend
Till the blood runs cold
It’s always about the damn girl

It’s better to reign in hell than to serve in heaven
Surrounded now but no surrender
The odds against the betting man
Far beyond but I still believe

Spin the wheel and light the tires
Take me back towards the fire
I’ve never seen as clear as this
We ride tonight to the abyss

Ghost of the sky
Shut up and fly
Something for the weekend
Stay on the run
Let’s get the damage done
We move something like this
Killing it is easy now
Watch our faith get twisted round
Ghost of the sky
Never say die
Save it for the weekend

Till the blood runs cold
It’s always about the damn girl

Lyrics:
You’re at my house but I feel gone
you piss me off you turn me on
I’d push you off but I’m on top
can’t decide what side I’m on

Are you thinking what I’m thinking?
are you thinking what I’m thinking?
Are you thinking what I’m thinking?
on the count of three

What if we just leave a good thing alone
don’t try and fix it if it isn’t broke
Looking for the answers to the questions that we’re asking but we’ll never know
We’re looking for the answers to the questions that we’re asking but we’ll never know

In the kitchen mixing drinks
I’d quit stirring but I’d fall asleep
And can I sip with my coat on?
it doesn’t mean I’m gonna run

Are you drinking what I'm drinking?
are you drinking what I'm drinking?
Are you drinking what I'm drinking?
spit it out on three

What if we just leave a good thing alone
don’t try and fix it if it isn’t broke
We’re looking for the answers to the questions that we’re asking but we’ll never know
What if we just leave a good thing alone
don’t try and fix it if it isn’t broke
We’re looking for the answers to the questions that we’re asking but we’ll never know

Don’t look too close
(Did I drive this into the ground?)
Don’t look too close
(Did I kick you when you were down?)
Don’t look too close
(Were we always hell bound?)
Don’t look too close
(Did I? Did I?)

What if we just leave a good thing alone
don’t try and fix it if it isn’t broke
We’re looking for the answers to the questions that we’re asking but we’ll never know
We’re looking for the answers to the questions that we’re asking but we’ll never know

Symba reacts to the tragic news of the passing of Gillie Da King son and personal friend, Cheese. He believes it must have been a wrong place, wrong time situation because Cheese was not the type of person to get into situations like that.

💥𝘿𝙊𝙆𝙆𝙀𝙉 – 𝙁𝙪𝙜𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 the new single! 💥 Taken from the new album 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒔 𝑫𝒐𝒘𝒏 out 27 October. Available to pre-order now here: https://lnk.to/DokkenHeavenComesDown
#dokken #fugitive #heavencomesdown

An unapologetic celebration of everything Dokken do best, yet now through a wiser and richer lens, Heaven Comes Down, the 13th studio album from the legendary American rockers, will be released on October 27, 2023 (Silver Lining Music).

“The long anticipated new Dokken album, ‘Heaven Comes Down’, is finally done and the first single is titled ‘Fugitive’!” declares Don Dokken. “The inspiration for the lyrics came from what seems to me to be an uncertain world these days. It’s an up-tempo Rokker as are many on the album. I don't know what the future holds for our world, so I decided to take a step back and watch it all unfold… Yes, I guess I've become like many these days a fugitive from life. Hence the title!”

“The song rocks and the lyrics are self-explanatory,” continues Don, “like many songs I've written, it came to me late at night. Inspiration and pure stream of consciousness have always been the best formula for me when composing. It has that classic Dokken sound… A great song to blast when driving down the highway.”

Video directed by Chris Eyre (Dark Winds, Smoke Signals) at Meow Wolf in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Video by Tom Strickfaden.

You want to rock? Sink your teeth into ‘Fugitive’, which rides some shimmering guitar work courtesy of 20+ year member Jon Levin, and if you want ballads, head on over to ‘I’ll Never Give Up’, hanging on that Coliseum chorus, Levin laying down a landmark solo. The pattern of Heaven Comes Down never falters in delivering the goods on both sides of the fence. ‘Just Like A Rose’ brings the Pacific Coast Highway to desert plains with its smooth, effortlessly-driven gears, and ‘Saving Grace’ carries a mystical malevolence. But ‘Santa Fe’ is perhaps the most revealing with Don Dokken opening up with what amounts to a ‘life-moment biography’: a spartan acoustic arrangement allowing the rich yet road-driven vocals to frame what might well prove to be the defining moment of Dokken’s career.

Mixed by Kevin Shirley (Aerosmith, Iron Maiden, Joe Bonamassa) and produced by Bill Palmer and Don Dokken, fans will love it, neutrals will be wonderfully surprised by some of the ingredients within Heaven Comes Down. Heaven Comes Down will be released on CD Digipak, 12” Vinyl Album in Black and colour variants, digital formats and special D2C products and bundles. Available to pre-order from August 8th 2023 here: https://lnk.to/DokkenHeavenComesDown

Lyrics:
I got a dirty mind,
I got filthy ways,
I’ma trying to bathe my Ape in your Milky Way
I’ma a legend
I’ma irreverent
I’ll be reverend
I’ma be so far up-p-p-p…
We don’t give a fu-u-u–u….
Welcome to the Danger Zone
Step Into The Fantasy
You and I invited to the other side of sanity
They calling me an Alien
A Big Headed Astronaut
Maybe it’s because your boy
Yeezy Gets Ass A lot

You’re so hypnotizing
Could you be the devil, could you be an angel
Your touch magnetizing
Feels like I am floating, leave my body glowing
They say be afraid
You’re not like the others, futuristic lover
Different DNA, they dont understand you

You’re from a whole other world
A different dimension
You open my eyes
And I’m ready to go, lead me into the light

Kiss me, k-k-kiss me
Infect me with your love, and fill me with your poison
Take me, t-t-take me
Wanna be your victim, ready for abduction
Boy, you’re an alien, your touch so foreign
It’s supernatural, extraterrestrial

You’re so super sonic
Wanna feel your powers, stun me with your lasers
Your kiss is cosmic, every move is magic

You’re from a whole other world
A different dimension
You open my eyes
And I’m ready to go, lead me into the light

Kiss me, k-k-kiss me
Infect me with your love, and fill me with your poison
Take me, t-t-take me
Wanna be your victim, ready for abduction
Boy, you’re an alien, your touch so foreign
It’s supernatural, extraterrestrial

I know a bar out in Mars,
Where they driving space ships instead of cars,
Cop a Prada space suit about the stars,
Getting stupid high, straight out the jar
Pockets on shrek,
Rockets on deck.
Tell me what’s next,
Alien Sex?
I’ma disrobe you,
Then I’ma probe you.
See, I abducted you,
So I tell you what to do.
I tell you what to do
What to do
What to do

Kiss me, k-k-kiss me
Infect me with your love, and fill me with your poison
Take me, t-t-take me
Wanna be your victim, ready for abduction
Boy, you’re an alien, your touch so foreign
It’s supernatural, extraterrestrial
Extraterrestrial
Extraterrestrial
Boy, you’re an alien, your touch so foreign
It’s supernatural, extraterrestrial

LYRICS:
(Skoo Skoo Skoo Skoo)

They call out
Mercy mercy Marcy me
Clinton and Canarsie be like

(Skoo Skoo Skoo Skoo)
They call out
Nostradamus Malcolm Marvin saw what’s going on
I know the left and the right talkin’’ two different stories
(Ouu Ouu Ouu Ouu)

I know I’m strong in this life but I still tuck my chain
The city feels uneasy
The only way I can describe
describe describe it
The city feels uneassay
The only way that I can describe
Describe describe it
The city feels so uneasy
(Skoo Skoo Skoo Skoo)
They call out
Times are changing, mama’s favorite
Creepin’ through the club at midnight

(skoo skoo skoo)
They cry out
Now they're back in the pew
At the crow of the rooster crawling into the light
left and the right talkin’’ two different stories
(Ouu Ouu Ouu Ouu)

I know I’m strong in this life but I still tuck my chain
The city feels uneasy
The only way I can describe
Describe describe it
The city feels uneasy
The only way I can describe
Describe describe it
It's a revelation
The city feels uneasy
The only way that I can describe
Describe describe it
The city feels uneasy
The only way i can describe (yea yea)
Describe describe it
The city feels so uneasy
Ayeaah heyaa
Easy
Easy yea
Easy
So uneasy

Times is hard, and the city’s uneasy
Been a carnivore ever since I was teething
Close the shower door on my city, it’s steaming
I know I’m the god that my city believes in
Amen menage
The devil been deceiving me
Had me on the hardtop, thinking it was easy street
Mama used to scream at me, and take me off that scenery
I been about a bag cuz all I wanted was to be a G
That’s that New Orleans in me, I come from where the demons be
The dungeons and the dragons, I just asked them not to breathe on me
Shit get difficult then shit get nasty in the easy E
You don’t know what it mean to me
These mean streets, ain’t mean to me
Gangster shit
Life is a bitch, until she ain’t your bitch
The streets colder than the streets in Anchorage
Swisher on my hip, make me walk like my ankle twist
God damn
They call out
Weezy baby
This city is uneasy baby
Yeah
Me and Mr. Batiste
Lil weezyana

They call out

This that fire

Lil’ Weezy, on the guitar ladies and gentlemen…
