LYRICS:
You tell me you’re leaving today
You’re packing your bags up for good
I’m not gonna stand in your way
Baby I’d cry if I could, but

I keep faking love, I keep faking love with you
I been faking love, I been faking love, it’s true
Now we breakin up, now we breakin up, boo hoo
But I been faking love, I been faking love with you

Boy bye
Thought I was a fool, nice try
Need an invoice for my time
You done kill my vibe
Thinkin I’m a ride or die
Matter fact click clack bye
They know why, aint no one surprised I’m in these streets
Let me live my life
Throw a party when you leave, leave, leave

Hey Anitta, we’re the divas
With a 401k in Ibiza
And she bonita
I wanna meet her
“Can you balance work and pleasure like a libra”
Im in Ipanema with a couple bad bitches
Tanning topless and we taking mad pictures
Fragile ego, no you gotta gas ni**as
Faking love I need something that’s realer

Feel like im running out of ways to say
That I aint feeling any type of way
About you
Keep getting caught up when your hands on me
Like ooh I want it, I got it, I aint sorry but I got

All I’m needing all I need
I’ll be leaving I’ll be gone
Do as I please baby it’s too easy to let you go
So

I keep faking love, I keep faking love with you
I been faking love, I been faking love, it’s true
Now we breakin up, now we breakin up, boo hoo
But I’ve been faking love, I’ve been faking love with you

I’ve been faking love with you
I keep faking love, I keep faking love with you
I been faking love, I been faking love, it’s true
Now we breakin up, now we breakin up, boo hoo
But I’ve been faking love, I’ve been faking love with you

All night I’ve been drinkin’ all night
I’ve been drinkin’ all night I’ve been drinkin’ ayy yeah
All night I’ve been drinkin’ all night
I’ve been drinkin’ all night I’ve been drinkin’ all night ayy yeah

Woke up in somebody’s kitchen twenty missed calls
1 percent phone on red, how am I getting home?
Double vision room is spinning, clothes all over the floor
But I ain’t tripping cause I’m just living and every night I want more

Flashback to the deep chats with a stranger
Toasting for no reason, celebration
One night turns into a whole situation
But I would do it all again, no regrets no

All night I’ve been drinkin’ all night
I’ve been drinkin’ all night, I’ve been drinkin’ ayy yeah
All night I’ve been drinkin’ all night
I’ve been drinkin’ all night ayy yeah
All night I’ve been drinkin’ all night
I’ve been drinkin’ all night, I’ve been drinkin’ ayy yeah

Last night was a movie, I’m playing it back
Looking through my camera roll like who the hell is that
I don’t wanna know what I’ve been spending
I don’t wanna know who I’ve been texting

Flashback to the deep chats with a stranger
Toasting for no reason, celebration
One night turns into a whole situation
But I would do it all again, no regrets no

All night I’ve been drinkin’ all night
I’ve been drinkin’ all night, I’ve been drinkin’ ayy yeah
All night I’ve been drinkin’ all night
I’ve been drinkin’ all night ayy yeah
All night I’ve been drinkin’ all night
I’ve been drinkin’ all night (ayy yeah)
All night all night all night all night
All night all night all night all night
All night all night all night all night
Yeah (all night) yeah (all night)

#steelpanther #eddietrunk
I cite my sources and they may differ than other people's accounts, so I don't guarantee the actual accuracy of my videos.

Steel Panther’s brand of rock n’ roll which pays homage to the rock greats of the 80’s has rubbed some people the wrong way, resulting in some words being exchanged between the band and their detractors. Today, let’s take a look at which people and groups have called out Steel Panther.

Nikki Sixx - Nikki Sixx has had his fair share of feuds over the year, but perhaps my favourite was the one with Steel Panther. The feud started when Steel panther were doing an interview with little punk people on their youtube channel and were asked which favourite rockstar of theirs they’d bring back from the dead as they stated here. IT was following the interview that music sites picked up on the comments and Nikki Sixx responded “The singer in steal panther [sic] can go f himself… wanna be band putting down @thevinceneil?” he tweeted. Adding that the band were backstabbers.

Steel panther toured with motley crue a few years earlier as Satchel telling Meltdown There are bands that hate our guts,”“We did a tour a few years ago with Def Leppard and Mötley Crüe […] And Mötley Crüe – they hated us. They wanted to kill us. Every night they wanted to kill us.”

The feud only got more heated when the band tweeted hey siri what’s backstabbing and posted an old interview with Sixx from the mid 90’s after Neil left the band temporarily and the bassist made some disparaging remarks as he said here.

Then as recently as this year Monarch Films which has done a number of documentaries on rock bands that strangely enough used a photo of Steel Panther on their documentary of Motley Crue. Michael Starr would make note of the mistake on his instagram.

Eddie Trunk - Radio host Eddie “I know everybody and hung out with them’ trunk has long expressed his distaste for the band Steel Panther. It was during his show he was asked to name one band he never thought would make it and he singled out steel panther saying “It amazes me – the amount of shows and attention… They’ve gotten huge in England, but in America, they’re still basically a House of Blues-level band, but it always amazed me how popular Steel Panther got from what they started out as, which was a band called Metal School.
“They’re still a parody, a spoof, on ’80s rock. I think there’s a segment of their fanbase that isn’t even in on the joke, that is younger.
It was a year earlier he was a little more critical saying “I have nothing personal against anybody in the band. They are good people, they are good players and all that. But it’s a spoof. It’s an act. It’s mocking 80’s hard rock….“My time and energy are going to be invested into the bands from that era, that are still trying to make new, credible, real music. …
The bass player [Lexxi Foxx] literally applies makeup while the show is happening. His hands aren’t even on the bass. Cause I guess they are running a track or something. Satchel would respond to himhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynuoZjFne68
Music Critics and PC Culture- A few years ago Steel Panther guitarist Satchel would team up with TC Electronics to release a guitar pedal called the Expletive Melter. The online backlash which probably accounted for a a few hundred people called the band sexist and mysogistic was enough to get the company to pull the release and issue an apology so Steel Panther would release the pedal themselves. It was in 2019 the band would release their latest record in 2019 titled heavy metal rules. Some rock critics published scathing reviews of the album with New musical express writing that the album has and i quote “dumb guitar riffs”. You then had publications like Vice writing articles about what they described as and i quote ‘the sad cult of Steel Panther’
Stix Zadinia would publish a tweet addressing the hate writing o all the haters and critics who ripped on us (or ANY band ever):

I DARE you to write a song. I dare you to put it out to the world. I dare you to try and follow your dreams. I dare you to have real balls.

So let’s hear it, since you know what’s good. Let us hear YOUR band.
That does it for today’s video guys thanks for watching and be sure ot hit the like button and subscribe.

Lyrics:
[Intro]
Oh! Hola!

[Verse 1]
Darling, you got to let me know
Should I stay or should I go?
If you say that you are mine
I'll be here 'till the end of time
So you got to let me know
Should I stay or should I go?

[Verse 2]
It's always tease, tease, tease
You're happy when I'm on my knees
One day it's fine and next it's black
So if you want me off your back
Well, come on and let me know
Should I stay or should I go?

[Chorus]
Should I stay or should I go now?
Should I stay or should I go now?
If I go, there will be trouble
And if I stay it will be double
So come on and let me know

[Verse 3]
This indecision's bugging me (Esta indecisión me molesta)
If you don't want me, set me free (Si no me quieres, librarme)
Exactly whom I'm supposed to be (Dígame que tengo ser)
Don't you know which clothes even fit me? (Sabes que ropa me "quedrá"?)
Come on and let me know (Me tienes que decir)
Should I cool it or should I blow? (Me debo ir o quedarme?)
Split

[Chorus]
Should I stay or should I go now? (Yo me enfrío o lo soplo)
Should I stay or should I go now? (Yo me enfrío o lo soplo)
If I go there will be trouble (Si me voy va a haber peligro)
And if I stay it will be double (Si me quedo sera el doble)
So ya gotta let me know (Me tienes que decir)
Should I cool it or should I blow? (Tengo frío por los ojos)
Should I stay or should I go now? (Tengo frío por los ojos)
If I go there will be trouble (Si me voy va haber peligro)
And if I stay it will be double (Si me quedo será el doble)
So ya gotta let me know (Me tienes que decir)
Should I stay or should I go?

Why Pearl Jam Fired Dave Abruzzesse
Pearl Jam was a band who seemed to have trouble holding onto a drummer during the 90’s. During the decade the band had 5 different drummers including Dave kruzzen, Matt Chamberlin Dave Abruzzesse,,Jack Irons and their current drummer Matt Cameron. Today we’re going to talk about fan favourite Dave Abruzzese (AhBrewZeeSee).
In 1991 Pearl Jam would release their monumental debut record Ten that saw drummer Dave Krusen behind the kit. Krusen left Pearl Jam in May 1991 just as the band was going to england to mix Ten and he checked himself into rehab.. According to Krusen, he was suffering from personal problems at the time including alcohol addiction and dealing with his first child on the way. It would take two more tries, but by 1994 he was sober.
Matt Chamberlin was brought in to play a string of dates for the band who were out on the road promoting ten and was offered the drumming spot but declined since he wanted to slow down his life a bit and he would tell author Mark Yarm in the book Everybody loves our town that he felt no emotional connection to the band since he was a replacement player. Chamberlain also had his eyes set on joining GE Smith’s house band on the show saturday night live,. Chamberlain was friends with a drummer named Dave Abruzzesse who he knew back in Texas. He would recommend the drummer to Pearl Jam During this time Abbruzzese was working in a plant shop and he would tell author mark yarm: “I was working at a head shop. My expertise was in the grow dept. So if people would come in saying they wanted to grow lettuce hydroponically in their closet wink wink i would help them get setup.’ The drummer was also playing in a funk band at the time in Dallas called Dr. Tongue, while also hosting his own radio show on community radio called Music We Like Show. It was that show where he first heard of an up and coming band named Pearl Jam, but his initial reaction to the band may surprise you..
Abruzzese initially had a negative response to Pearl Jam’s sampler CD he played on the show and claimed he only made it through 25 seconds of the first couple songs.
Krisha Aurgerot who was Pearl Jam’s manager Kelly Kurtis assistant would tell Mark Yarm: I was shocked to see Dave Abbruzzese in the lobby of Curtis management when they were trying out drummers. Because he was such a rocker. Super long hair wearing a track suit. He’s from texas so it’s a totally different vibe. I could see him in alice in chains, not in pearl jam.
Abruzzesse would end up arriving in seattle just as the band was filming the video for their single Alive. Abruzzesse wouldn’t perform in the video as Matt Chamberlain was still in the band.
But Soon enough Abruzzese would start performing with the band just before the release of Ten and following his second show with the band as act of solidarity he would get a tattoo of the Pearl Jam stick figure logo tattooed on his left shoulder. Abruzzese would tour extensively with the band over the next 3 years performing on their MTV unplugged set, Saturday Night Live, the band’s follow up record Versus, and on their 1994 follow up Vitalogy. It was during the making of vitalogy where tensions seem to flare up in the band leading to his dismissal
According to guitarist Stone Gossard Vitalogy was the first pearl jam record where Eddie Vedder was the one making all the final decisions on the album and according to producer/engineer adam kasper he claimed Vedder wasn’t happy musically with Abbruzese with Kasper claiming “Dave was an extremely busy player and eddie like a more raw sound We even started out with drum machines and that’s sort of a slap in the face to the drummer. “
It’s also been claimed that there were personality conflicts between the members and abruzzese more specifically frontman eddie vedder and bassist Jeff Ament, There was one story in particular which apparently rubbed Eddie Vedder the wrong waye. It was claimed by producer Brendan O Brien at one of the recording sessions abbruzzese accidentally knocked over Vedder’s guitar that was a gift from The Who’s Pete Townsend, The guitar broke and Abruzzese apparently left a little note for Eddie and left the studio to go do a drum clinic or some sort of self promotional gig.

You said you loved me
And that's a fact
And then you left me
Said you felt trapped
Well some things you can't explain away
But the heart aches in me 'til this day

You didn't stand by me
No, not at all
You didn't stand by me
No way

All the times
When we were close
I'll remember
These things the most
I see all my dreams come tumbling down
I can't be happy
Without you around
So alone I keep the wolves at bay
And there is only one thing that I can say

You didn't stand by me
No, not at all
You didn't stand by me
No way

You must explain
Why this must be
Did you lie
When you spoke to me?
Did you stand by me?
No, not at all

Now I got a job
But it don't pay
I need new clothes
I need somewhere to stay
But without all of these things I can do
But without your love
I won't make it through
But you don't understand my point of view
I suppose there's nothing I can do

You didn't stand by me
No, not at all
You didn't stand by me
No way
You didn't stand by me
No, not at all
You didn't stand by me
No way

You must explain
Why this must be
Did you lie
When you spoke to me?
Did you stand by me?

Did you stand by me?
No, not at all
Did you stand by me?
No way
Did you stand by me?
No, not at all
Did you stand by me?
No way

Lyrics:
Back before birthdays were somethin’ she’d dreads
Back before children had settled her friends
Back when the radio spoke to her heart
Oh girls they wanna have fun

Oneida I know that I’m younger than most
But I’m willin’ if you got the time
To buy us some wine

I lay here awake and I laugh at her jokes
She is referencin’ movies I’m too young to know
And I’m lettin’ her lead as we dance in the dark
Oh girl I’m fallin’ in love

Oneida I know that I’m younger than most
But I’m willin’ if you got the time
To buy us some wine
I’ll bring my guitar I’ve been workin on learnin’
That song you’ve been dyin’ to sing
About weddins and rings

Pleadin’ my case with the bro at the door
Buddy I know we’ve been through this before
Ya can’t let me go in, but if I wait outside
Will you give her a message for me

Tell her Oneida I know that I’m younger than most
But I’m willin’ if you got the time
To buy us some wine
I’ll bring my guitar I’ve been workin on learnin’
That song you’ve been dyin’ to sing
About weddins and rings
I’ll strum in the back and come in where I can
Harmonize on a line or two
But this song’s all you
