Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike vs David Guetta ft. Kiiara - Complicated (Official Music Video) Hotney 7 Streams • 3 years ago

After a live rendition during their headlining Tomorrowland set featuring an appearance from Kiiara – superstar DJs Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike have released the video for their set in Ibiza, the video depicts the island’s idyllic landscapes with enthralling, contemporary dancers. A stark contrast to the place synonymous with Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike’s acclaimed Garden Of Madness residency parties where guests this season have already included Guetta himself, Armin Van Buuren and Nicky Romero, and where usually high-octane debauchery and speaker-blowing bangers comes to the fore across the Playa d’en Bossa. Kiiara’s bright presence bounces through Ibiza Town as Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike & David Guetta’s Midas touch for beat making forms the perfect musical marriage of 2017 on the pop-meets-dance horizon.

‘Complicated’ collaborators David Guetta and Kiiara both bring their indubitable style and feel to the record. That, added with Dimitri & Mike’s impact, has the track segueing between a festival-ready crowd-chanting anthem and an unavoidable drive time radio hit. Directed by Phillip R Lopez, known for his pervious shoots with the likes of Kygo & Selena Gomez, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike vs David Guetta feat. Kiiara’s ‘Complicated’ is a visual, illustrious merger of talent that accumulates as one of the most hotly-lauded releases of 2017.

"Soulfly" lyrics

Conversating with mama she say I’m in too deep
Until my n****s rich and free it’s hard to get me some sleep
It's hard to get me some peace,
With all the shit that I be battling
Too many ups and downs sometimes I feel like I can’t balance it
It be challenges, so many challenges yeah
Our father, it’s safe to say times harder (this shit get harder)
My pops say “son be smarter, you a artist and a father”
My unc say “nah be smarter you a target and regardless”
You a leader to them people and them young n****s is watching
Them you n****s believe in you don’t let em down be cautious
And I got skills and other things but rich off rapping pain
So much that came with all this fame but I remain the same
Hope you don’t think cause I got chains that's what made me change
It's just this life got so strange I had to switch lanes
N***as pulled up and I be outside
Laid in the cut like peroxide yeah
I vowed to be frontline when shots fired
I was out of town that night when...died
Standing in church blurry eyed that I had to confess
I seen my n***a laid to rest in his Sunday best
Polo on his head and chest now that's casket fresh
Wish we would’ve seen eye to eye before you left
And where I’m from it’s a eye for an eye, nothing else
Ain’t no love, it ain’t no help every man for themself
Better watch your homies, keep your skrap or get scraped to a shelf
Ain’t no complaining when it’s raining play the hand you're dealt
Ain’t got no opps just some n***as who mad that I made it
And since you n***as mad I made it pick a casket baby
On the net exaggerating ain’t even half as gangster
It’s funny and it’s fascinating how even family hate you
Wanna hit the show but you ain't show up to my graduation
I can’t take y’all to the top I ain’t no elevator
Thinking of my cousin Dejah,
Was way in 2013 when she left I was 15 when she left
They say it won’t be long, all I want
Is when the horn blows and when they all cry
I pray my soul flies, pray my soul flies
I pray my soul flies
They say it won’t be long, all I want
Is when the horn blows and when they all cry
I pray my soul flies, I pray my soul flies
I pray my soul flies
