LYRICS

As I lay twiddling
Home and alone
It spread to the suburbs
The cancer had grown
No one is real
Except you and me
Whatever it takes
At all costs to be free from
Life evermore
My life evermore
My life evermore

There’s something wrong with me

I cut but I don’t bleed

There’s something wrong with me

I like autonomy
Away from all you freaks
There’s something wrong with me

There’s something wrong with me

I can feel the needles in my hands
Feel the needles in my bones
Crawling up my spine to where God only knows

For I am Death
And I can feel

I got my hands
Upon the wheel

I am not lost
For I have found
The only one
Who put me down
For I am Death
And I won’t break

I got a life
I’ve got to take
When will it end this suffering of late

It was nice to know you

I’m like pornography
Cut from a magazine
There’s something wrong with me
There’s something wrong with me
I can feel the needles in my hands
Feel the needles in my bones

Crawling up my spine to where God only knows

For I am Death
And I can feel
I got my hands

Upon the wheel
I am not lost

For I have found
The only one
Who put me down

For I am Death
And I won’t break

I got a life
I’ve got to take

When will it end this suffering of late

It was nice to know you

And in the back of your mind
Where even dark is blind

Looking for a sign
Waiting for your time to come
But you can’t outrun
The hand of fate
And I will wait

For I am Death
And all alone
So many years
Out on my own
And everyone just runs and hides away

Hides away from me

For I am Death
And I can feel
I got my hands
Upon the wheel
I am not lost
For I have found
The only one
Who put me down
For I am Death
And I won’t break
I got a life
I’ve got to take
When will it end this suffering of late
It was nice to know you

Gavin Adcock is a Georgia native born and raised in Watkinsville. Former Georgia
Southern University football player, Gavin grew up working on his family cattle farm and
dreamed of riding bulls in the PBR. He started writing songs in high school, but it wasn’t
until the spring of 2021, when Adcock tore his knee playing football, that he used his
healing time to record and release his first original single. Since then, Gavin has
released multiple singles, collectively amassing over 1 billion global streams including
the fan-favorite, RIAA PLATINUM-certified, “A Cigarette,” GOLD-certified songs “Run
Your Mouth,” “Deep End,” and “Four Leaf Clover,” along with his major label debut
album, Actin’ Up Again, which was crowned the largest major-label country debut from a
solo male artist released in 2024. With more than 15 million on-demand U.S. streams
week of release, Actin’ Up Again was also 2024’s top streaming major-label debut
across the whole genre. One year after his thunderous album Actin’ Up Again released
worldwide, Adcock is set to release his next album, Own Worst Enemy, on August 15,
2025. Throughout the meteoric year from Actin’ Up Again (2024) to Own Worst Enemy
(2025), the Georgia native has won over the hearts of both Country music fans and the
Country music industry alike. Adcock received his first industry voted award nomination
for New Male Artist of the Year for the 60 th ACM Awards, in addition to being nominated
for MusicRow Magazine’s “DISCOVERY ARTIST OF THE YEAR” award for the 37 th
Annual MusicRow Awards. Taking his music to the fans, Adcock has sold out music
venues from coast-to-coast via multiple headline tours such as the Monster Energy
Outbreak Tour Presents: Gavin Adcock, his Actin’ Up Again (Again) Tour, and at
present his Need To Tour, which kicked off in May 2025. Adcock also joins superstar
Morgan Wallen for select dates on Wallen’s I’m The Problem Tour, as well as a plethora
of new headline dates and major festival appearances being added throughout the rest
of 2025.

Yung Gleesh: DC Roots, GoGo Legacy, Gucci Mane, A$AP Rocky & Why He Chose Peace #situationswith Hotney 7 Streams • 1 year ago

Yung Gleesh, Washington, D.C., is a trailblazing rapper whose raw sound and authentic storytelling helped shape the DMV’s underground rap movement. Rising to prominence with his breakout mixtapes Cleansides Finest and Your Favorite Rapper’s Favorite Rapper, Gleesh carved out a cult following through his gritty lyrics, unique voice, and unfiltered portrayal of D.C. street life. Known for his viral hit “Whippin’ the Yay” and collaborations with major artists like A$AP Mob, Playboi Carti, and Chief Keef, Gleesh became one of the first DMV artists to gain national attention during the SoundCloud era.

His influence continues to echo in the city’s new wave of rap, cementing him as a pioneer who gave D.C. hip-hop a global spotlight. With millions of streams, memorable performances, and a lasting reputation as one of the DMV’s most original voices, Yung Gleesh remains a cultural figure whose music captures the raw spirit of Washington, D.C.

In this Situations With Moon deep dive, Yung Gleesh shares his authentic story — from being raised in DC by his grandmother to finding his way in Go-Go with T.O.B. before transitioning into rap.

He reflects on the culture of DC’s streets, his early music influences, and how the city shaped his grind. Gleesh breaks down how he connected with legends like Gucci Mane, A$AP Rocky, Tyler, The Creator, and Playboi Carti, and the impact of the “Gleesh Walk” moment that took his career global.

He also opens up about the struggles of balancing family, music, and the streets, why he stepped away from the industry, and his powerful message of peace and positivity for today’s youth. This interview captures the roots, lessons, and legacy of a DC artist who lived it, influenced it, and now wants to inspire change

#bien #illbeokay lyrics:
It's official
Now you're single
And you're moving on now now
I’m under pressure
Yameniweza
It has defeated me
Sili, silali naona
I can’t eat, i can’t sleep, i see

It’s my ego and your ego
Haziendani mama
They don’t go well mama
You want me to go
You want me to go
You ain't gotta tell me twice

It’s over and over
How we made love on your sofa
I cannot believe that it’s over
Trying to move on like a soldier

And if I knew then what I know now
I should have never let you go
I’m stuck with this love, hangover
Feel the enemy taking over

You're stuck in my head
My heart
And you keep on tearing me apart
And I keep on telling myself I’ll be okay

You're stuck in my head
My heart
And you keep on tearing me apart
And I keep on telling myself I’ll be okay

You're stuck in my head (my head)
My heart (my heart)
And you keep on tearing me apart (ah ah)
And I keep on telling myself I’ll be okay (I’m telling myself I’ll be okay)

You're stuck in my head (my head)
My heart (my heart)
And you keep on tearing me apart (ah ah)
And I keep on telling myself I’ll be okay (I’m telling myself I’ll be okay)

Coz I’ve been hard on myself
I've been checking myself
I've been losing myself
I’ll be okay
I've been learning my lessons
Losing my personal person person
I don't want nobody else to hold you
I don't want nobody else to love you
But I keep on telling myself I’ll be okay (I’ll be okay)

Too bad it's over and over
How we made love on your sofa
I cannot believe that it’s over
Trying to move on like a soldier
And if I knew then what I know now
I should have never let you go
I’m stuck with this love, hangover
Feel the enemy taking over

You're stuck in my head
My heart
And you keep on tearing me apart
And I keep on telling myself I’ll be okay

You're stuck in my head
My heart
And you keep on tearing me apart
And I keep on telling myself I’ll be okay

You're stuck in my head (my head)
My heart (my heart)
And you keep on tearing me apart (ah ah)
And I keep on telling myself I’ll be okay (I’m telling myself I’ll be okay)

You're stuck in my head (my head)
My heart (my heart)
And you keep on tearing me apart (ah ah)
And I keep on telling myself I’ll be okay (I’m telling myself I’ll be okay)
My head
My heart
Ah ah
I’m telling myself I’ll be okay

My head
My heart
Ah ah
I’m telling myself I’ll be okay

Me and my mans feel like we astronauts
Cause we so high from off that weed we got from new knots

Busta Rhymes’ ability to combine the musical lineage of ragga with brilliantly original lyrics makes him one of the most respected MCs in hip hop history. After breaking with the group, Leaders of the New School, Rhymes released his first solo studio album “The Coming” (1996), which featured the hit single “Woo Hah!! Got You All In Check”.

His subsequent work has been met with cultural, critical, and commercial acclaim. His Elektra solo albums “When Disaster Strikes…” (1997), “Genesis” (2001), and “The Big Bang,” which debuted at No. 1 in 2006, represent just a portion of the prodigious artistic output that charted Busta Rhymes path to certified hip hop royalty.
