!! Due to copyright issues last song "Gibraltar" had to be trimmed out of the video. You can find a full version of this concert at https://youtu.be/LfvfXA2SIRU uploaded by "MalcoMix Fusion". However, I hope you may be still enjoying this upload as well.
___________
This is one of the best live concerts I have ever seen, so I decided to synchronize the audio\video tracks.
Original upload by "joão pich": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eoGwEVTJBHo // "video no longer available" had a de-synchronization issue.

// Video has been hidden on copyright issues for the last 6 years. I am sorry I did not try to make it public again earlier. Trimmed last track as requested, hopefully it won't be taken down again. //

* I will be adding the timestamp for each track

EDIT: I am really glad there are many people enjoying this video; I have synced the audio/video tracks from the original video and re-uploaded it because I felt that this remarkable performance, of this great band must be as high-quality as possible. Later, I have realised that the original upload of this show is no longer available on YouTube and I am happy that I am able to share this recording with all the good music lovers. Let's hope this video remains here because it would be a pity if people wouldn't be able to watch one of the best shows of the 1970s. Enjoy!

☞ About the set
Mochakk describes his musical journey at Plaza de España:
"This set has a name: Viagem a Sevilha, Portuguese for 'voyage to Seville'.
It’s an attempt to compile in 2 hours of music, the feeling of missing home in this tug of war between a calling and a career unfolding and living my young days with my people in my home country.

NO8DO is a love letter from a Brazilian visiting Spain and getting mesmerized by the beauties of Spain, but still being unable to detach from the feeling of home, the feeling of being back in Brazil. A reference to me discovering the world but still paying homage and bringing my country and it’s wonderful, vast & rich musical history, exactly like the end of this musical journey should be.

With Love, Pedro ❤"

☞ About the location
The Plaza de España is one of the most spectacular monuments in Europe. Built in 1929 for the Ibero-American Exhibition in Seville, it is a unique palace-square square with a total surface area of 50,000 square meters. It is divided into three parts: a palace, a square, and a canal. Telling the story of Spain, this exceptional location is also known in the cinema industry, notably as the stage of some scenes of Star Wars’ second opus.

☞ GOLDEN HOUR
Cercle’s new signature fragrance premiered in Seville - a unique olfactory experience crafted by Ugo Charron from MANE Fragrance House and delivered by Scentair Olfactory System.

Soundtrack available now
Film in theaters May 26: https://www.fandango.com/the-l....ittle-mermaid-2023-2

“The Little Mermaid,” visionary filmmaker Rob Marshall’s live-action reimagining of the studio’s Oscar®-winning animated musical classic, opens exclusively in theaters nationwide May 26, 2023. “The Little Mermaid” is the beloved story of Ariel, a beautiful and spirited young mermaid with a thirst for adventure. The youngest of King Triton’s daughters and the most defiant, Ariel longs to find out more about the world beyond the sea and, while visiting the surface, falls for the dashing Prince Eric. While mermaids are forbidden to interact with humans, Ariel must follow her heart. She makes a deal with the evil sea witch, Ursula, which gives her a chance to experience life on land but ultimately places her life – and her father’s crown – in jeopardy.

The reformed King Crimson of 1981 emerged as a completely distinct entity from its late '60s/early '70s incarnation. Notably, Adrian Belew (vocals/guitar) and Tony Levin (bass) joined the ranks alongside previous members Bill Bruford (drums) and the leader/founder Robert Fripp (guitar). While the band retained its musical unpredictability, their fresh sound and approach deviated significantly from their original progressive direction. With two albums released under this new lineup (1981's Discipline and Beat), King Crimson embarked on a tour that led to the creation of their first home video, 'The Noise: Live at Fréjus.' Initially recorded in August of '82 at the Arena in France, this video remained largely unseen until its reissue by DGM in 1997. However, it serves as an exceptional visual testament to the '80s-era King Crimson. Now available both as a full concert and as individual clips exclusively on the official King Crimson YouTube channel.

LYRICS:
A minor inconvenience or a catastrophe
Even if I could get there on my own
It wouldn’t be free
It’s already coming so why don’t you pry it loose
Everything’s a choice babe
So why don’t you just choose

‘Cuz it’s always something
Right when you’re gunning
For the finish line
I’ve been here before
And I did something awful
But now I’m out of lies

How many times have you said that it’s never too late
What about a heartbreak
What about the end of the day
Can’t spend my life sitting around and filling up an ashtray
Cuz nothing’s ever gonna change
Now I gotta toothache

Now that I’ve cobbled together the dominos
I wanna watch em explode
Yeah I really wanna let go
But I find myself hyper focused on the dirty windows
And running out of dish soap
Cuz it’s different all on my own

Cuz I’m always shooting for high fallutin
And then I fuckin choke
And it’s not that I’m losing
I just keep using the only way I know

How many times have you said that it’s never too late
What about a heartbreak
What about the end of the day
Don’t wanna tow the line just to spin out on the freeway
Cuz now there’s nothing left to save
Now I gotta toothache
Now I gotta headache

How many times have you said that it’s never too late
What about a heartbreak
What about the end of the space
Don’t wanna spend my whole life trying to get out of my own way
Cuz now there’s nothing left to change
Now I gotta toothache
Now I got a heartache coming on
Now I got a headache coming on

“Part of Your World”
Performed by Halle Bailey
From Disney’s The Little Mermaid
Soundtrack available now
Film in theaters now: https://www.fandango.com/the-l....ittle-mermaid-2023-2

LYRICS
4 3 2 1
Countdown To Shutdown

This guy Maslow he had a ladder
That you use to get up there
So what is the view like from up there?
Well you can't see the bottom of the stairs

And so it goes around the world
A million boys in love with a dozen girls
Tighten the screw But not for you
Til they can't figure out what to do

It goes 4 3 2 1
Countdown To Shutdown

They are coming for the crown
They are gonna tear it down
I fully guarantee
Repeating history
Shutdown

Into the promised land
Supply but no demand
Ain't never gonna quit
Lookout baby this is it
Shutdown

My guy Ponzi he had a scheme
And the world is like a head of hair
Some are waiting for their share
Some are bald one is a billionaire

It’s an enigma wrapped in a riddle
Enshrouded in a mystery
Got all the facts got all the figures
But with all of them you disagree

It goes 4 3 2 1
Countdown To Shutdown

They are coming for the crown
They are gonna tear it down
I fully guarantee
Repeating history
Shutdown

Into the promised land
Supply but no demand
Ain't never gonna quit
Lookout baby this is it
Shut up!

4 3 2 1
Countdown To Shutdown
Countdown To Shutdown
Shutdown
Countdown To Shutdown

“Sometimes I feel like I'm a sculpture standing strong but far from you. You look at me and admire everything but still own what I do. You take my soul, my culture, then you wrap it in economy.
You leave me on the side to die then step on my harmony ”

GRAMMY®-Nominated songwriter, artist, mother, activist, journalist and teacher VV Brown who has just returned from a 10 year hiatus, where she attended to her mental health and focused on raising her two young children, follows her recent thought provoking anthem “Black British”, with an equally powerful second single “Twisted”.

“Twisted” was inspired by James Baldwin’s seminal work I AM NOT YOUR NEGRO, and the music of V V’s favourite artist, Erykah Badu.
Though Brown was able to speak truth to power in a number of ways, including writing for the Guardian about racial issues and lecturing young Goldsmiths students about the value of protecting their experimental art, she felt compelled, once again, to create her own sociology-focused music. Like ‘Black British” and the forthcoming album, Twisted draws from the disciplines of essay writing and journalism to reveal its message and its feeling through the artwork, the lyrics and the sound.

“Twisted” delves into the implications and the results of cultural appropriation and lays bare the blatant theft of black culture. Drawing from Raekua, an award-winning cinematographer's footage, V V reproduces the content in order to bring awareness to the power dynamic between those who can appropriate and those who are appropriated from.

The mission?
To empower in reclaiming back the culture.

Artist, mother, activist, journalist and teacher V V Brown, who took a 6 year hiatus from her musical career to attend to her mental health and focus on raising her two young children, makes her very welcome return with the release of her uplifting, thought-provoking anthem “Black British”. “

“Black British” is a bold declaration of this singular artist’s intent as she begins her fearless new journey with an anthem that speaks boldly about identity and the conflicts of this cultural experience.
