40 years - that is the anniversary ONSLAUGHT celebrates in 2023. The British thrash metal outfit formed in Bristol in 1983 and has since bred their Generation Antichrist over eight studio albums and several live recordings.
The eponymous record "Generation Antichrist" was released in 2020 and represents the last album of the band.
But here is still far from the end! ONSLAUGHT is busy and will soon turn your banging heads with fresh sounds from the underground. Stay tuned!

Atria is an anthemic metal band from London ON that was founded by vocalist Tom Emmans (Odium, Deathpoint, Choices, Scaithe) and guitarist Tim Ross. At first, they began as a studio project in 2017 and from there have gone on to release their debut EP in 2018 entitled "New World Nightmare". Performing heavy, yet catchy music, the band has shared the stage with The Agonist, Goatwhore, The Casualties, Threat Signal, and more!
Now in 2023, with a fresh lineup change that now includes Jerad Sterling on drums, Brody King on lead guitar, and bassist Joe Mullen, the band has their sights set on unleashing their sop****re effort "Ground Zero" with producer Jon Howard (Threat Signal) once again and features their 2022 hit single "Antiheroes" that garnered the band a recent "Best Metal" trophy from the 2023 Forest City London, ON Music Awards.
"We've definitely gotten more aggressive, we always wanted to blend a lot of melody and anthemic chorus’ with brutality. I feel like the fans will agree that on this new one, we’ve gotten much better at doing that. Lyrically, there’s a lot of anger towards not only myself but the world we live in. I try to be hopeful, but I also try to dig into what’s making me angry. It's therapeutic and cathartic, but it’s really hard. It comes from a real place and it’s not always fun. We hope when fans hear "Ground Zero" from beginning to end, they feel as if they are being exorcised. from the frustration of life." adds vocalist Tom Emmans.
Atria's second EP "Ground Zero" is due out on August 18, 2023.

Bleed Out - the single, is based on the story of a woman in Iran who was murdered because she refused to wear a hijab - Mahsa Amini. We explore the wider theme of shedding light on individuals oppressed by regimes that wield power to suppress their citizens and dismantle societies in the process. By raising awareness around social issues such as the plight of those oppressed by oppressive regimes, we aim to shed light on the inherent strength and resilience of individuals who stand up against injustice.
