영상작업을 위해 여러가지 자연에서 듣는 백색소음을 듣고 분석해보니 가장 자연스럽고
편안하게 듣기 편한 백색소음은 빗소리였습니다.
빗소리를 더 효과적으로 듣기 위해서 자연스럽게 듣는게 좋습니다.
심장박동수와 비슷하거나 조금 느리거나 조금 빠르게, 자연스럽게 들리며 부드럽게 연속으로 이어지는 빗소리가 좋습니다.
백색소음을 들으면 뇌에서 알파파 배출량이 증가하고 베타파가 감소하게 됩니다. 알파파는 정신을 집중했을때나 안정을 취하고 있을때 나오는 뇌파이고 베타파는 뇌가 불안할때 나오는 주파수 입니다.
따라서 빗소리를 듣게되면 알파파가 증가하게 되어 뇌가 편안하게 느껴지게 되고 안정을 취하는데 많은 도움을 주게 됩니다.
