Lyrics:
I can see you hurting
I've been through the same thing
Baby, don't you worry, I got you
I just wanna know you
Tell me all your secrets
Lookin' like you need it

'Cause I got you, you, oh
You, I got you, I got you
'Cause I got you, you, oh
You, I got you, I got you

We can get high, oh, nah-nah-nah
We can get low, oh, nah-nah-nah
Let me be your friend
Baby, let me in
Tell you no lies, oh, nah-nah-nah
We can get lost, oh, nah-nah-nah
Take it all off, oh, nah-nah-nah
Let me be your friend
Baby, let me in
Give it to me all, oh, nah-nah-nah

Tell me what you're thinkin'
Always overthinkin'
I just wanna love you, I got you
Don't have to be so guarded
Let's finish what we started
It's all I ever wanted

'Cause I got you, you, oh
You, I got you, I got you

We can get high, oh, nah-nah-nah
We can get low, oh, nah-nah-nah
Let me be your friend
Baby, let me in
Tell you no lies, oh, nah-nah-nah
We can get lost, oh, nah-nah-nah
Take it all off, oh, nah-nah-nah
Let me be your friend
Baby, let me in
Give it to me all, oh, nah-nah-nah

'Cause I got you, you, oh
You, I got you, I got you

I'd do the time for you
Tell a lie for you
Yeah, baby, that's what I do
I'd walk the line for you
Take a shot for you
Yeah, baby, that's what I do
'Cause I got you
It's true
I'd die for you, I'd die for you
I got you

We can get high, oh, nah-nah-nah
We can get low, oh, nah-nah-nah
Let me be your friend
Baby, let me in
Tell you no lies, oh, nah-nah-nah
We can get lost, oh, nah-nah-nah
Take it all off, oh, nah-nah-nah
Let me be your friend
Baby, let me in
Give it to me all, oh, nah-nah-nah

SUMMONING THE LICH - RETURN TO THE SOIL (OFFICIAL VIDEO) Hotney 5 Streams • 2 years ago

ORDER HERE: https://lnk.to/STL

SUMMONING THE LICH return with the latest installment in their fantasy universe of technical death metal. The St. Louis, Missouri band’s forthcoming second album, Under the Reviled Throne, is set for release via Prosthetic Records on July 26. Following the events of their established world of Arrias on their debut album, United In Chaos, Under the Reviled Throne sees the next chapter of the Lich come to life through tales of isolationist kingdoms, malevolent mages, witch queens and cannibalistic armies hellbent on destruction.

Under the Reviled Throne captures the promise of the band's storytelling and musicianship that was so evident on their debut. Upping the stakes to dizzying heights, SUMMONING THE LICH offers plenty in the way of light among the shadowy figures that lurk within the Lich’s universe of malevolent chaos. All is not lost.

Music written/performed by Summoning The Lich

LYRICS:
"Fallen are the fools born of those who hath betrayed my order’s trust
They've shown their vile forms at last and I reduced them all to dust
But as I gaze upon this conquered burning land I am malcontent, for human kind shall surely rise again…
And so… we shall set forth to consume the world!
Spreading our blight til every light has been extinguished”
Disease famine and death; the Sin feast on their flesh
“We are the end!
The Age of Chaos begins!"

Set forth now to the east, The Unholy Army’s bound to his savage and sadistic pleasures.
A sea of monstrous beasts, from fallen human to the Sin

They ride to the Bastell shores. Through the wastes they consume their captors to sustain their essence,
when in an instant from vaporious forms the Coven swarms as the witch queen cries
"For what is your purpose?!"

"The Dark Unfurls!
Eternal night block light from the heavens and swallow the world
My Will to conquer now heard. The Sin have crushed the ranks of man and Rodor crumbled in my hand

The Dark Unfurls!
Eternal fright drive light from the humans, those vile worthless worms
We reunite them with the soil, a gift to those opposed to letting madness take control"

Return to the soil

"Bound to hatred we live and die, take your place at my side and together we can bring their demise You've suffered at the hands of man… when they're dead you are free claim rule over those lands yet again"
"But I'm aware that power always has a cost. What does your heart desire, vile one, to offer this to us?"
"I only wish to spread malevolence and grief, though your skills in spatial magick could be helpful to the siege"
"Ha!"

Disease famine and death
In Darkness they accept
“We are the end!
The Age of Chaos begins!"

We reunite them with the soil, a gift to those opposed to this madness!”

SUMMONING THE LICH return with the latest installment in their fantasy universe of technical death metal. Upping the stakes to dizzying heights, SUMMONING THE LICH offers plenty in the way of light among the shadowy figures that lurk within the Lich’s universe of malevolent chaos. All is not lost.

Music written/performed by Summoning The Lich

LYRICS:
I have seen their horrors, undeterred they spread
Across the barren wastes they answer to the dead
From beasts of puss and tumors, nightmarish ghouls of dread,
to witch and darkened human souls: they wish us to be bled

None can stop them!
He comes for flesh and blood

A call to arms was heard for we were summoned to defend, as our allies to the west have brought about their end
His gaze now lies upon us victims of his sweet revenge

We rode out to the wastes, for the kingdom cannot fall
Many held such foolish confidence, for no force in seeming centuries has dared try to breach our mighty walls
We held our lines under the dusty amber skies
Like a swarm they burst from the horizon right before our eyes

Pure Horrors Unending
A sickening malevolence we cannot hope to resist
Death is Impending
Quickly we must flee through the mist, or we shall cease to exist

Clinging to life we fought, oh the gnashing of teeth!
Their valiant acts defiled by the vile creatures of the beneath.
Utter suffering!
Their writhing, screaming, bleeding. I’m fleeing as beasts are feeding, breeding upon their very flesh
So loud the cracks of bone!
We must retreat from this, an instant defeat
before this wave of vicious suffering has swept through our home

And so those left began to flee to warn you of the Sin,
As emerald fire fell from the sky
with their magick it incinerates all it envelopes, burning from within
I rode with hell still screaming at my back, though I felt a spell blast through me I returned from the attack

Pure Horrors Unending
A sickening malevolence we cannot hope to resist
Death is Impending
Quickly we must flee through the mist, or we shall cease to exist

“My Horrors Unending
A sickening malevolence you cannot hope to resist
Death is Impending
No time now to flee through the mist, now you shall cease to exist”

wreathing, screaming, bleeding
pure fear as I feel him in my soul
An emerald glow bursts from me as I feel him take control

"Foolish worthless humans
I am what you dread. You should have cast this pawn aside a coward left for dead. Brought deep inside your walls to see what he hath known,
that spell he felt pass through his soul implanted a Gatestone

I have come for your death
Suffer with every breath

My Horrors Unending"

In memory of Jina Mahsa Amini and for all the brave people everywhere else in the world who fight for human rights. Human rights are universal.

DVNE - Pleroma (Official Video) Hotney 5 Streams • 2 years ago

Order "Voidkind" here: https://www.metalblade.com/dvne/

"Pleroma is a concept that has appeared in Gnosticism, Greek Philosophy & Judeo-Christian religions.in Gnosticism, it is the spiritual universe as the abode of God and of the totality of the divine powers and emanations. It is also the ultimate source of transformation.
Plerõmā is a key moment of the album narrative where religious followers are consuming the essence of their deity and reach a new sense of awakened existence. It is the first step in their transformation."

Voidkind succeeds in finding new modes of expression for DVNE. The songs are more pointed, direct, and memorable, but the soundscape still has a radiant, evolving, hypnotic flow, the effect achieved with fewer layers of sonic ornamentation, consciously urging closer to DVNE’s incendiary live sound. And despite the addition of a full-time keyboardist, Vicart has no doubt about the album’s defining feature, “We wanted very distinct left and right guitars, and punchier drums and bass, which would transcribe better live. And the synths needed to be clearer; it’s very easy to put five guitars on each side, loads of different vocals and keys, but then you end up watching a band with an album you really like, and the songs sound nothing like the record. That’s what we wanted to avoid. As soon as the song starts, we want people to immediately recognise the riff.”

Lyrics:
Generations journey reach the hallowed end.
Suspended water, plasma of the sacrament.
The Black key of the veil.
The black path of water bridges transcendency.

Corporeal constraints.
Corporeal shedding.

Cimerian weeping caught in tired chaliced hands.
Disciples parched lips, imbibe sable revered essence.
With dried throats consumed to expand, into divine command.

Ethereal vision's dawn.
Ethereal Inception.

Seeing through hidden screens,
Woven branches undulate.
Weaves of crystal replicate.
