電影榮獲第 58 屆金馬獎最佳劇情片、最佳男配角、最佳視覺效果、最佳原創電影歌曲等 11 項大獎提名，主題曲「如果可以」由韋禮安參與創作與親自演唱，將電影導演九把刀心中的《月老》愛情觀精準詮釋，用音樂帶領大家深入感受電影世界裡的情感，歌名「如果可以」代表劇情中兩人不段轉換身份的變化與不確定性，但是劇中有句台詞：「有些事，一萬年也不會變。妳是賭上世界的決定。」在萬變世界之中，唯一不變的就是「愛」。

「如果可以」是韋禮安和製作人 JerryC 為《月老》量身打造的主題曲，並由導演九把刀填詞，讓整首歌貼近劇中的角色心境，在創作前沒有任何電影畫面，只有導演口述劇情做為參考；在電影完成之後，搭配上電影畫面卻非常契合，導演九把刀更親自剪輯主題曲 MV，用音樂視角傳達出電影的奇幻和刻骨銘心，而韋禮安則是以聲音與演員們共演這一場生死契闊、驚心動魄的命定之愛！
